Rent-A-Center — Local services in Eaton

I'm going to start by saying I have never purchased anything from Rent-A-Center before. After visiting the Greenville and Hoke rd Englewood locations I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth. I had poor service and at Hoke rd I even experienced a sales rep so lazy he couldn't even walk out from his office to talk... Just shouted out the doorway! After all that I finally met Sam from the Eaton location!He was personable, caring about my situation, and very professional! He was able to obtain a brand new washer and dryer set for me from Indiana and had it shipped to their store and delivered to me within a few days during a very busy sale they had going!
