Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Eaton

Food portions terribly small. Just spent $15 on a bowl that was so small that I'm still hungry leaving and will probably hit wendys drive thru. The boss is big on portions here and it happens often that they make very small bowls we won't be coming here anymore as we used to buy gift cards from here but will now be going to hamilton only where they make nice portions and even add crushed chips for free instead of charging you $1.50 on top of already charging you for queso. This location is super petty. And has a pattern for putting out really small portion bowls and burritos. Hothead is my go2 for food on the go just never this location. It's the worst. Today I faxed my companies order in at 8:30 a.m. I called to check on it and make sure it was received and they said yes... When I arrived I wasn't greeted nor was my order ready. The young lady working and the manager were the ones getting my order together and everything was fine until he asked her to do finish something so he could help in the back. She started to get very angry and yelled that she was about to freaking quit right at me... she walked away and began throwing things and kicking a box into the back. She comes back to the register and proceeds to tell me how she works with 2 idiots. I order from Hot Head regularly for the company I work for purchasing a lot of food. I have NEVER had this kind of service from there nor do I find it acceptable. I think I will just take my 13-20 person orders somewhere else where I won't...

I gotta say this Hot Head has definitely made a turn for the better since under new management. We have had both steak and chicken since this change and it’s so much better. Before it was cheap and rubbery and now it’s really good. It’s cleaner and more organized and even the staff is so much friendlier and respectful. So glad it’s under new management. I gave the last management a 1 star rating because it was far from anything higher but now this management definitely deserves higher stars!!! I seriously think that all bad reviews placed before new management took over should be removed because these are not a reflection of the current management and not fair to them.
