Michaels — Local services in Eatontown

For the smaller size of this location they had a selection that cannot be found in a larger stores. I had an issue a bit ago on an item that I purchased over a year ago and had no receipt. They happily exchanged my item for a brand new one off the shelf with no questions asked. They are a christian-based company but by no means do they restrict the products they carry. They frequently have amazing sales especially on they're privately owned label which I have found those materials and supplies are just as good as if not better than the name brand products that can be much more pricey. I highly recommend any Hobby Lobby in your area and even traveling a bit to get to one if you need to. The only reason I had to hold back a single star is because unfortunately not all items are stocked in the store rather you need to shop via there website. I personally like to handle and touch a supply tool or any item before purchasing and don't like to rely on the limitations of technology to see the true color and texture of my art supplies or home decor and...

Terrible customer service in the framing department and I will not be returning! The woman inspecting the artwork I wanted to have framed put her bare fingers on the one-of-a-kind print and I should have known right then. She said I would receive a call when it was ready, but I never did. So, I showed up in person 3 days later to check. I inspected the finished artwork, but there was damage/debris on the art underneath the glass. A different woman said the manager would look at it and call me that evening, but again, I received no call. I visited in person 2 days later to discover that my order was not fixed. The original woman at the framing desk kept interrupting me to say they didn't call me AND the order still wasn't fixed because "they were busy." What?! I paid in advance for "express" framing! No calls, no quality assurance check on a finished order, not fixing the issue in a timely manner, and not allowing the customer to even finish a sentence requires corrective...
