3.5 stars! Been coming here for 30+ years and for all the seasons (no Bennie). As much I would like to say I love the place (because I have very much over the decades), the quality of food and service has not been up to par with some of our other local dinner favorites as of late.
Last time we went, the waitress basically pushed us out the door and scoffed whenever we had a request. We ordered A LOT of food so a good tip should have been in order. It was a busy Saturday and the waitress's stress level choked out any fresh weekend morning air. I get it... but it's game time lady- bring your A-game or hang up the order pad! She was the first
Read moreAs a former employee (Vini) of this establishment, I can provide a unique perspective into that local business. Yes, they put out a decent product in a reasonable time frame. Industry standard is 14 minutes and that diner easily accomplishes that. The kitchen staff is nothing short of amazing. The best...most notably Head Chef Louie, Kitchen Manager Chef Nikos and the hard working guys behind that line who are all underpaid, in my opinion. Much respect for everyone of you dudes. Where the owners fail is the gross lack of respect that they repeatedly (and without remorse) show their hard working employees who choose to work at All Seasons despite receiving zero benefits. You'd think they'd at least be thankful for having employees....but that's not the case when dealing with true arrogance mixed in with sense of entitlement .Loud, aggressive yelling, screaming, cursing ..it's like dealing with a bad tempered 4-year old....but Nick ( the owner) is a grown mid 40s adult and his dad is obviously older .But with all due respect, his dad is old school and built that business from the ground up. Much deserved respect for Mike. His brat son didnt. A manager even once knocked out a waiter in the floor during business hours in front of customers and shocked employees. Yet that manager was back to work and still works there to this day. So It must me reasonable to conclude that violence is acceptable at All Seasons Diner. If you're looking for a decent meal in a timely manner, feel free to give them.a try. Ask for Judy or Carlos because they are by far the best servers. But If you care about your mom, your daughter, your son, or dad ....and you'd feel bad if your family member was verbally abused at the workplace ( and this is a daily occurrence at All Seasons Diner , by the way), then avoid this place. There are too many good , decent eateries run by good decent humble people that deserve your business. After 6.5 years of working there, I can honestly...
Read moreMy party of 3 had breakfast here on a Sunday so we expected a wait. When we arrived there was a large crowd of people waiting for tables, however we did not wait too long considering the amount of people and day and time. We ordered our food and it did take a while to come out but when It did come out, portions were large and food looked great. It was also very tasty. Our issue was with the service and misinformation. First off, Our server did not come back and check on us, and when he brought us the French toast and pancakes, He never gave us syrup. We had to ask another server to give us syrup. When the bill came, I noticed things were priced separately as opposed to the add-ons as shown on the menu which we had opted for. So that said things were priced a bit more than what was shown which we thought was a bit shady but we were not going to make a big deal about it. I brought the bill up to the counter and asked the lady if it was the same price for cash or card, so basically I asked if there is a fee for using a card. She said “no same price” so I use my card, select the tip option, and left. I did not ask for a receipt or anything which perhaps I should have. When I got back home, I noticed the charge was more than what I thought I was paying at the restaurant. Come to find out there is a card fee. This place is clean. The food portions are big and food tastes good, But I don’t appreciate sleazy business for a couple of extra dollars and I’m not happy about the slick ways of bringing up the price of the bill. I don’t like when people think they are slick. Anyway, if you go here, just keep...
