Buzzy's Pizza Emporium — Restaurant in Eau Claire

Could Do Alot Better... Overall my order of two 14" pizzas was ok for the price I paid (BOGO -w- Entertainment 2019 coupon). At the regular price of about $16 each I'd not be so satisfied. In my opinion, the pizza crust had to have been "manufactured" lacking any flavor and not made fresh in store. The toppings were done right and prepared good, but the overall experience was just ok at best. The store lacked any atmosphere (or life) when I visited on a Tuesday at about 6:30 pm. It took about 3 minutes for the only employee present to greet me with ZERO enthusiasm. Same as over the phone where I was left feeling like I'd made a mistake over the pizza sizes. Their online menu explained the sizes in inches (not S,M,L & XL). My 14" pizzas both measured in at 13". With all the choices we have in the area to dine in (or out) it'll take another BOGO offer for me to ever think of...

I didn't even dine here! I called and there was no answer.. I responded "hello?", again... No response "hello, are you open?" A very rude and aggressive "no" (mind you, this is 7:30pm and they close at 2:00 am) then proceeded to hang up on me right away!! DON'T GO HERE the owner is clearly unhappy and takes it out on his customers who HAVENT EVEN ORDERED FOOD YET.

Let's not forget. I did go in to go to bathroom there two days before. There were holes in the wall. The bathroom was open and right next to where they cook food. The door between the hallway and the bathroom and a fist hole through the door. This is disgusting and not a safe place...

Ordered for pickup. 12" pizza $10.34 and 6 mild wings $3.99. Said it'd be 15-20 min. I showed up right when he was boxing the pizza, tell him who i was and he asked me how many wings I wanted again and what kind. Charges me $20.05 for something that should be around $16 and then starts cooking the wings after i get there. He had a bad attitude for someone that had 0 customers and no appreciation for the fact I've decided to spend money on his terrible service and theft. Find another place, he doesn't deserve anyone's money.
