Token Jewelry — Local services in Eau Claire

Everyone was friendly and their jewelry is beautiful. I was disappointed with how the forever jewelry scheduling was done. I made an appointment and when we arrived it was as though our appointment time didn’t matter. We were told it would be about 15-20 minutes (even though we were there for our appointment time). We were told we would get whatever table opened up first. We assumed (incorrectly) they would call us up. After seeing other groups get seated, we asked again about our appointment. Apparently one table was walk-ins, the other was reservations-a completely different statement than was made 20 minutes earlier, we did not get started until over an hour after our appointment time. It was very disorganized and they should have either committed to reservations scheduling or walk-ins, but making reservations wait in line behind walk-ins...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Token. It is the best jewelry place in the Eau Claire area by far. I have bought several pieces in the past for myself and for gifts. Most recently, I worked with the owner to create earrings and bracelets for my bridesmaids. I am beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. I went to Token to get a gift for a close friend of mine, and after browsing for a while, I decided I wanted to do something a little more personal. Kayley mentioned the option of adding a gemstone to an existing piece to personalize it. I couldn’t decide between 2 pairs of studs, so she went through the effort of putting my chosen gem (pearls) on each pair to see which I liked better. I chose the hearts!!
