Last night was the first ever time i got food from this restaurant. I made two orders for enchiladas Verdes for myself and my 8 year old. I spent $40. (This is typical and expected) When it arrived at my house however, it barely had any chicken in it. There were so many onions and peppers that it was slimey and the tortilla was soggy. The enchilada was also so spicy that I couldn't eat it. Listen I love spicy food, I like it hot hot. So when I tell you that these enchiladas were too spicy to eat, it was too spicy for any human to ever possibly pallet, let alone stomach. I ended up having to throw $40 worth of food away last night after being told that the order wasn't eligible for reimbursement.
I usually go to a different restaurant and have been reminded why consistency is always a good investment.
I will not be returning to this restaurant for food, especially given the fact that the management here has no intention of making this right. I encourage the company to delete my comment. As I will have it copied in my notes on my phone to happily REPOST.
if your employees are incapable of making an order correctly in evening, then they need to communicate their abilities clearly. Otherwise your business is a scam and is robbing people. I'll happily spend hundreds of dollars on a single order for food, so long as my investment is appreciated and respected. $40 could have gotten me twice as much food at any of your competing restaurants.
Make it right! Either with me or...
Read moreAfter a long day, this place was the perfect way to end off. We ended up coming here for dinner unexpectedly on the way to our hotel and was so pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it. We are just passing through, (we're from Illinois), after a 2 week vacation. This was easily the best dinner we had our entire trip, agreeably from all four of us. Between the four of us, we got the perfect margaritas, bahama mama, and raspberry margarita, and none of them fell short of expectations. Other reviews I had seen, had complaints of watered down drinks but ours were just the opposite. For dinner, the four of us got the combo fajitas and quesadilla rojasboth extremely flavorful. The quesadilla roja was just one large tortilla, almost too large and messy to eat, but so flavorful I ate it messy anyways. The fajita was not what I got, but more flavorful than mine. The staff was so tentative and kind. The owner likes to make animals noises, which we did not find annoying as other review complaints had said, and Instead find it part of the restaurants unique charm with their very thought out decor. Overall very pleased and charmed. Will definitely go out of our way to stop...
