Hardee's — Restaurant in Eau Claire

This has got to be the worst visit I have had. So we pay and she gave us the change. I asked when did combo meals start becoming small? She explained oh we are making changes. I asked how long and was told this was a little while ago. I said well for the price, standard should be medium but was like ok fine. So I ordered 4 combo meals. I get my order and I'm missing 1 combo meal and mind you this is the manager who handed me the food and says have a nice day. I was like "I need my drinks" so she goes to hand me all the drinks and I asked could I get a drink Carrier? So after we get our half full drinks because they couldn't even fill them up, we ask about our other meal! So we hand the bag back and she says "it will be up shortly they are making It" ok so now seven minutes later she comes back, hands us our food and says "have a good day". Now this would of all been ok except our fries tasted old/stale no salt, cold and gross. The sandwiches were cold, the soda cups maybe filled 3/4 of the way. Not to mention for the error, not one jesture of an accomidation was offered. Again I can't stress this enough but coming from someone who works as a general manager in the food industry, I'm appalled that these kids can't do a simple job. You want $15.00 an hour but can't read or process an order correctly. This is going to be the last time I will ever eat at Hardee's or...

I understand the service industry is hurting right now but what happened with our order was no excuse. Ordered a Big Hot Ham Meal, Big Roast Beef Meal, and a Kids Cheeseburger meal. It was a very long wait to begin with. When I got home I went to give my son the milk that came with his meal. It was already open and half gone. These milks have a seal on them and there was no seal. Our fries were half filled up. The milk really made me mad. I called and spoke to Dakotah the manager and I told him about the milk. He said that’s happened because they use that milk for their shake machine because they don’t have the ingredients for the shake machine. This is a 7oz milk. How much can that really help fill a shake machine? I asked why they don’t mark the open milks and keep them separate from the unopened of that was the case. He sighed and said I don’t know. You’re the manager get your stuff together. I don’t but the reason for the milk being open as what he stated. I truly think someone drank it and then they gave us the half used milk. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. So we came to this location to get dinner on our way home from vacation. The girl named Madde, spilled a lemonade all over my husband and my daughters tablet and then ignored me as i was waving for napkins. Finally my husband tapped on the window and she opened it up and said " UhM wHat Do YOu waNT" and he asked for some napkins and she acted like we asked for the most difficult thing possible to ask for. So i went inside and had to say EXSCUSE ME, to Jakob the on duty manager and asked why he thought it was okay that his staff was treating me and my family this way. Of course she jumped in the conversation and started yelling and knocking things off the counter. She is literally a danger to the customers here because she cant control her temper and check her attitude at the door like every other good employee who's having a bad day. Also Jakob the so called manager looked stoned out of his mind and offered a weak " im sorry" with a shrug of the shoulders. I hope that the cameras are reviewed and proper action is taken, nobody should feel threatened or be treated as badly as...
