Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ebensburg

Do not go here, this place is just straight up awful. I’ve never written a Google review before, but this place is so atrociously bad that I felt obligated to.

For starters the location is awful, the parking lot sucks, the building sucks, it just sucks. Then the workers are all the most incompetent people on the planet. There’s 20 of them in the store and only two are actually doing any work the rest are just sitting there on there phones and the manager is an idiot who you can’t really understand how he became the manager.

THEN they actually got my order wrong entirely! Which apparently, according to the other reviews and the worker themselves, is not the first time this has happened. I got two pizzas with the completely wrong toppings on them and when I called to ask about my actual order, nobody could tell me anything because again, they’re all incompetent.

Once I got the manager on the phone he lied to my face saying that “they noticed our pizza was still there and they tried to call me” which they didn’t. He said he would remake our correct pizzas for us to come pick up, which they didn’t. So I’m the end I got my correct order that was over an hour and a half old at this point so it was cold and bad.

It’s hard to figure out how dominos, a corporate giant, is allowing this place to serve this food with their logo on it.

All in all… genuinely do not go here. This place just opened recently and I can’t imagine they will stay open for much longer either this level of service. It’s impressive how awful the whole experience will be. Whoever reviewed this place at more than one star is just...

We love this Domino's! Granted, it's new. Hopefully things stay the same and don't change, but the service is fast. Super clean inside and food is great. Much, much better than the Pizza Hut just 2 doors down. We will continue to go here. Love the deals and friendly service. Not much room to eat inside, but Dominoes has always been mostly...
