My friends and I all eat here Very frequently! We love coming in when Keith is around! I'm unsure if he is a manager there, but he is ALWAYS happy and very friendly to EVERYONE there. He is constantly doing something/working when I come in.. whether it be cleaning, cashiering, helping others learn, helping make food.. and he's always happy and go-go-go! My friends and I all very much enjoy the positive and cheerful vibes he carries with him on a daily basis! Service was fine. Food was fine. I guess my biggest issue was the dead fruit flies covering the dusty window ledges throughout the store. How could there be so many dead bugs inside? If the places customers can see look like this, what do the places we can't see look like? Does Steph Curry know it looks like this? How many shifts and hours have been worked since the last time this was cleaned? It's mind blowing. Hundreds of dead bugs hovering over the disorganized tables inches away from our mouths and faces as we eat Subway sandwiches. It says locally owned and operated on the front door... my guess is the owner is not inspecting this store or they are blind....

Frustrating moment at Subway in Eden Prairie Employee: Can I help you? Me: Yeah, you have two different prices for the same sub on your sign. Which is it, 6.25 or 6.75? Employee: Probably 6.75.
