$5 Tan - Eden Prairie — Local services in Eden Prairie

The only time u get a $5 Tan is when you are a 1st time customer. An after tht your high bucked. I even was robbed of my monthly membership due to there own mistake. An when I spoke to the rude unprofessional girl in Eden prairie I was told because of there mistake she was terminating my already freshly paid for monthly pass tht I only used twice. I contacted them trying to speak with someone else about the mistake. Or maybe cooperate. I still have not heard any thing back. It's been well over a week. So now my money is just handed over and I loose again. Not to mention the transaction tht was sent through made my entire account a mess and I was charged over draft fees I explained to the women how I believe the simple mistake was made. But she was so rude an so unhelpful she literally was not trying to help at all nor come to any type of agreement. She just instantly told me she was not giving me any of my money back and I loose the money I paid for my membership. And it took almost 2 weeks before the $112 I was charged tht was mysteriously taken from my account even went back . Mind u I already paid for my membership so this $112 had NOTHING to do with me what so ever. So not my issue and I still am a very unhappy customer. So if u put a card on file with $5 TAN be sure to watch your bank account! And don't expect anything more. I was not rude to the girl I had to speak with about the mysterious transaction. She needs to find a job unrelated to any customer service . The women in the spa it's self were great. They are the only reason the place gets one star. I won't be going back an tht rude customer service girl in the billing department in Eden prairie needs to be fired immediately! Disrespectful and terrible customer service skills . . . Man, I there really is NO reason to tan anywhere else if you’re anywhere near Eden Praire! I just finished tanning and wanted to give a shout out to the that spot for always making me feel welcome and comfortable. Their staff is always so knowledgeable about what they do, the place is always sparkling, clean, and most of all they don’t push things on you like other spots. Today Summer, helped me out, and like I said, not pushing things on me, she literally generally wanted The best session that fit me best, and opened my eyes to Information I had no idea about. She was just all around on top of her game and very attentive to each individual customer with Her full attention, even though it was busy. And still, she breezed right through a busy beginning to a Friday evening. I was quite impressed, and she’s not the only one that rules at this location. Kudos once again to Summer, and the rest of the staff who Make this place the reason why I say, there is no reason To Tan anywhere else remotely close to Eden Prairie this is your spot! Great prices, great beds, clean atmosphere, and employees who actually wanna be there and it shows! Keep it up guys thanks...

They really need to implement a training program for those poor clueless employees at the EP location. They work very slow & there is often a long line! They do high pressure sales pitches on the lotion to every customer, further slowing down the process. When I say no to buying, I get 20 questions about the lotion Im currently using. And then I'm basically shamed for not buying their over priced $100 bottles of tanning lotion; every time I tan!!!!! Also at the EP location, everyone is very snobby. The music is always very loud & you cant hear what the counter girl is saying & vice versa. The place isnt well lit, it's so dark in the rooms, who knows how clean things really are, if you cant see the beds! Management there is.... "Lacking" is a nice way 2 put it! Also management won't follow up when there are issues, even when the issues involve account status & billing problems!! Just don't! It's supposed to be a nice, relaxing time but the experience is neither nice...
