Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Eden

I called this store on Sat, Jan. 6th and ordered a large supreme pizza with extra cheese and thin crust. I asked how much would it be. I was told the pizza is $6, and each topping would be a dollar more. I replied I only want extra cheese. Anyway I still ordered my pizza. I went to the store and was given my pizza and the cashier said I owed $15.75. First I was given the wrong change. I have her a $20 and she gave me back $3.25. I told her she owed me another dollar. Then I asked her are you sure that I'm not be over charged?? She said no!!! I then said I was told on the phone that the pizza was $6 and each topping added would be $1 and I only got extra cheese. She then said each topping is $1.75 and I said that's not what I was told on the phone. Anyway I took the pizza and left. On Monday, Jan. 8th, I called the store and asked for the manager and I was asked what was the problem, I began to tell this person what happened on Saturday. First she told me to hold on and I could hear her talking with someone, then she came back and told me that problems like that need to be handled on the day it happens. My reply was I did mention to the cashier that I felt I was over charged and she said I wasn't, so what else was I supposed to do??? Then the manager got on the phone and said tell me again what happened. I told her what happened.. I told her what I was told when I ordered the pizza and that I only asked for a large supreme with extra cheese and thin crust. She said well it is extra for thin crust. I then said ok, that may be so, but I have been given inaccurate information from several people at your store and I know that I paid more for my pizza than I should have. Therefore, I will not be coming there anymore and her reply was okay and she hung up the phone!!!! So my next move was to call the corporate office, in which I did and hi told them my complaint. I was told that my information would be given to whomever owns that Little Caesars and someone would contact me in 2 to 3 days. Well today is Jan.17th, and I called corporate office again to tell them that I haven't heard from anyone and I am told that someone supposedly has reached out to me and corrected the mishap. I say no, that's not true because I haven't heard from anyone. So to me it is very obvious that the employees at this store are LIARS, they're very UNPROFESSIONAL and obviously doesn't care about their customers!! I certainly will never go...

Went through drive thru tonighr asked for two large pizzas with extra pepperoni. She in turned asked me if I wanted the extra most bestest or if I wanted a make your own. I asked if there was a difference in the two she stated no, so I said I would like two large pizzas with extra pepperoni. She said thank you drive around for total, I said to her I'm not done with my order I need one more thing she said go ahead with your order I said I need an order of buffalo wings... there was silence. I said after a long moment of silence that's it. She said pull around for your total. I pull around sit at the window for 10 minutes she finally comes to the window and give me my total $23. I've been getting this same order for months from little Caesars. So I asked her if there is no difference between the two pizzas then why would you automatically charge me for the more expensive one. She states because I didn't specifically state and she tried to sell me the other one but I said no... I asked AGAIN about the difference suddenly there is one and when I said why didn't you say that she said it's on the sign I shouldn't have to. I asked to speak to the manager she said I am her, I asked who her supervisor was she said no one. I've never dealt with attitude at this store but I guess there sign of new...

On Saturday Evening, on the way home from Va. I called and placed an order for 2 Extra Most Bestest pizza's. I told them we were 20-25 minutes out. Not a problem, person taking the order was competent, and polite. When we got to the location there were probably 6 cars outside. 4 waiting in the lot, 2 at the window. Truck at window , then a car, then us. Man in the Truck raising holy hell. After 10 minutes of ranting, he parked around the building, and went inside. We could see that the 2 people there were stressed out. One of the Ladies working there came out and yelled at everyone in the lot that there would be no pizzas at this business for at least 30 minutes, if we did not like it we were free to leave. The car in front of us left. We pulled up to the window to be completely ignored for 20 minutes. Now we have been there over 30 min. I tried to call not once but 3 times. I could hear the phone ring, no one would answer it. I just wanted to know if our order was included in the statement being yelled at everyone out the back door. Two more cars left. Then we did too.
