Subway — Restaurant in Eden

In Eden today for a softball tournament! Subway is somewhere we frequent when all these girls play in the heat as they can't eat greasy foods! Well the manager at this location is a JOKE an so is the way the store is run. At 1pm ...they open at 11a. They were completely out of bread come back in 15 mins... I say to the person I'm on the phone with... I can't believe 2 subways are out of bread in this town, as I had already left one location! She screams "we were busy!". I walk out to my car. Now between getting to work to do food prep an the 3 hrs now they have been open not to mention there was 5 YOUNG girls working....no bread has been made! I come back I see they are serving the Italian so I simply say, is the Italian ready to which the MANAGER TELLS ME.. YES BUT I REFUSE TO SERVE U U WERE RUDE. No YOU screamed at me. Somehow I walked away. I ask for aanager. She says she it ..I say no above u.. she said that's her an refuses Any info. So I call the police to get it. She tells the police they were busy YESTERDAY so that's why 4 hrs now into work with 5 employees...there was no bread!!!! But they have managed to stand around n gossip with some dope head looking dude. They managed to stand outside an smoke. But no bread for the store that only serves BREAD! Out of the 5 I will say there was one girl who spoke nicely said hi how are u which I responded the same... They had her sweeping u ask me she should.of been the only one there. Every other girl acted like a classless teenage wanna be ghetto ratchet idiot. They are costing this store money am refusing service. I found out from the cops this was a regular thing they were just there same reason the day before. The owner needs to fire them allllllllll but the poor girl sweeping she might actually run that place for ya oppose to the idiots with meth scars all over their face n body running it into the ground for ya!! Standing there feeding their own face refusing customers service!!! Trashhhhh was all they were!!! Do NOTTTTTT recommend! But please believe I picked someone up an GOT MY SUB AN MADE THEM MAKE IT!!!!!! Jokes on them...well they are the joke! Good luck ur...

Let me say this - my expectations for fast food restaurants are extremely low, & I try to give food service workers the benefit of the doubt with staffing issues, Covid, etc. However, the service at the Subway in Eden was so horrible I had to leave a review. First, I was overcharged for 4 kids meals - cashier added charges for side items & toys, which we never received. ( Drinks & 1 side item come with kids meal.) When I went back to get this corrected, & the employee was very rude, & argumentative with me, saying that was how she was trained to do it. She went as far as to imply that it was my fault!?? The other girl ended up calling the manager (who was not there) to void my bill out. 30-40 minutes wasted time to get my $10 back. The manager 1) should have been there b/c the employees don't know what they're doing and 2) should have been more apologetic or refunded me for the entire meal. Apparently Subway does not require customer service training, & has very low standards for hiring their employees. I am not sure if the girl I had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with that night was under the influence, or just not very intelligent. If you value being treated like a decent human being, save yourself the headache & skip the Eden Subway...

HORRIBLE! We placed an online order right about 6:00 pm. Notification said that order would be ready about 6:20 pm. We received notification that said order was ready, so we went to the restaurant to pick it up. The lobby was extremely packed and when we went in to pick up our order there were many people complaining about how long they had been waiting for their orders. One of the workers told the other worker that they should lock the door and only do door dash orders. We left for a few minutes to let the crowd thin out; however, when we returned at 6:45 pm to see if our order was ready one of the workers told us that they were not doing any more orders. We explained we had placed our order right about 6:00 pm on the app, but he told us we were NOT getting our order and we could take it up with corporate. I realize the restaurant was closing at 7:00 pm, but as previously stated we placed our order on the app right about 6:00 pm. We now have no food and are out of the money we paid for the food. I have attempted to find a way to cancel the order or request a refund without any success. I have called different phone numbers with no answer.
