Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Eden

Me and my husband have been going to the buffet at this location for about 3 months. Almost every week. They have the buffet Sunday and Wednesday. At first we went to both but the staff got lazy on Sundays and the buffet wasn't attended well so we started only going on Wednesdays. We went on Sundays for about 3 weeks and then started on Wednesdays from probably January to April. Initially the Wednesday buffet was great, they had Buffalo chicken pizza which is considered a specialty pizza. Slowly things started to change. They said the buffet started at 5 but after a few weeks, we would get there at 5 and there was nothing on the buffet. They wouldn't start putting anything out until we said we were getting the buffet and then we would just wait. Then a few weeks later they stopped putting the Buffalo chicken pizza out and when we requested it, they said they didn't have enough chicken. Then we started showing up and the parking lot smelled like cigarretes every time we were there. Then sometimes we would go in and the buffet area smelled like the restrooms. The last few times we went they didn't even fill the bar up with pizzas but the waitress kept saying more were coming out but they never came out. Today was the last straw, me and my husband found hair in both our pizzas. We won't...

Unfortunately the last 3 times I've ordered from Pizza Hut I've ended up having an issue each time! The 1st time my order was completely wrong but they sent back out the correct order. The 2nd time I was paying in cash & wasnt home so I had left the cash w my son, well it took almost 2 hours to arrive but Noone made me aware I needed to have exact change so the driver told my son he didn't have any change so he kept all my change even though I tipped on the app. Then last night my order was wrong again(the melt wasn't supposed to have onions but was loaded w onions & no sauce nor did it have the toppings it's supposed to come w so they were rock hard) & no dipping sauces. When I called they said they would resend the correct order so I waited an hr & had to call back just for them to tell me there were no drivers that would deliver my food. Also as if all this wasn't enough I had received an email from the 2nd order being late w a code for a free LG pizza but it wouldn't work online so I called in my order to try to redeem the coupon just for the manager to tell me it could only be used online even after I explained it wasn't working online which was why I called. Definitely won't be ordering from them again....

The Eden Pizza Hut use to be one of the better pizza restaurants to go to. The last few times we have been have been unpleasant. We have been told to seat ourselves which is fine but the place looks unkept and unclean. Empty tables with food/drinks still on them, and the tables to choose from had crumbs on them. Looks like tables hadn’t been wiped clean from previous customers and forget about the salad bar, it doesn’t look appealing at all. Getting our drink order taken was 15 minutes and that’s just to get a drink. I could understand it more if the place had a lot of customers but 3 families were the most we’ve seen so it’s not like they were overly busy in the dining room. Maybe it’s a lack of staffing, I don’t know, but it’s a shame to see what use to be a nice place go down the way it has. The last time we were there, we just got up due to no one coming over to at least get our drink order but server came by looking for customers who placed an order and got up and left. Hmmm, ironic! Before we go back, I’ll pay more attention to reviews to hopefully see more...
