My family came through the drive thru at Wendy's in Eden NC, at around 630, we ordered our food, went to the window, the girl asked us what we ordered so i told her She told me the price and I handed her $40 and was trying to tell her I had the 22 cents and she closed the window on me. Then told us to pull up while we waited for our fries. So we pulled up and they came out pretty quickly, we pulled off and was headed home. Got alittlw down the road and I told my husband to make sure his burger was correct. It wasn't. And the ,,fries we had to wait on were cold. I tured around and went back, was going to walk back in and the doors were locked. Went back around the drive through. Told the girl what happened and her response is so what do u want? I give her the bag back and told her I wanted the order fixed. She has someone else come to the window and that lady wants to argue with me about what was in the bag. She got smart with me several times before saying to pull up while they fix it fresh. We wasn't out there but 2 minutes or less and she comes back and said everything was freswith an attitude. My husband told her thank u and she came bc to my car with an attitude asking him what he said. He repeated thank u. There was absolutely no reason to be that rude and just have bad manners and an attitude. We pay for a service and exect warm food and polite customer service. They all need to be coached on what is and is not appropriate and how to handle things in a customer oriented situation. I wasn't asking for much. I gave them the food back so I wasn't trying to get free food. My family didn't deserve to be treated with such disrespect. Also the "fresh food" was...
Read moreUpdating to 1 star The doors were locked to the dinning room with no signs explaining why. Maybe their short staffed? Who knows. Whatever. Drive thru it is... It doesn't seem to matter who takes your order at this establishment anymore.. they rush you and yell and just overall sound like you are the biggest bother to them. They also are either up charging on prices and pocketing the difference or they are just too lazy to update their drive thru sign. I understand inflation has raised prices but come on! The total is always just a little bit more than what I calculate it to be. Plus! They've started saying they can't provide a receipt and that the machine has been down a month. (I call BS.) This was my second experience with what seemed to be up charging me and then claiming no receipt was available. If we give this place a third try and they pull this, I may have to file a more formal complaint. I hate that the staff are ruining this place... Please retrain and/or...
Read moreTerrible place. Went there 4 days ago, and their soda machine is broken. I asked for a coke and once I tasted it it was water down, so I asked for another drink since I thought it must be their syrup but I asked for a sprite and still tasted water down. The girl at the window was kind of rude and overwhelmed and lacking customer service skills. I have previously visited this place and must people at the window are nice but this girl was straight up rude. The food is also not good, often cold fries. The kitchen constantly messes up your food and once they didn't give us the correct amount of nuggets so we went back to get what we paid for and one of the kitchen ladies yelled that we only ordered a 4 piece when our receipt said 6. It was so incredibly unprofessional. I get it, this job sucks( I have worked fast food too), but dont take it out on the good customers. No wonder this place is mostly desolate. Will not recommend...
