McDonald's — Restaurant in Edgewater Park Township

It was horrible experience at Edgewater park Mc Donald’s on October 18 2024 Around 10:30pm I wanted to order something to eat, I pulled up to first teller, I waited about 3-5 minute no one approached, I said hello anyone there! Someone said we will be there to help you, after that I wait about 20 minute on teller! Finally!!!! Someone took my order. I came to first window to pay, girl in the picture asked me if I ordered double quarter, I told her no I ordered 4c medium with coke, she was confused, I told her it took over 20 minute for you guys to take my order and now looks like you can’t see my order, anyway she asked me again what was the order, I told her again so she did new order for me, took my money about around $12 and told me pull by second window we will bring your order, I pulled up to second window and waited about another 20 minute there to receive my order, but still no one show up, everybody behind me was taking their order and leaving, I move my vehicle from second window, parked on parking lot and walked towards to inside of the store, I went in and asked one of the worker, I’m been waiting over 20 minutes on second window for my order and no one coming, and person asked me again what was your order, I told her what was it is, and everyone looking around for my order, I was very pissed of, there is bunch of kids working inside but no one knows what’s going on, I asked this person in the picture with blue shirt, I can’t tell it he or she… That person start to yell at me from register side cursing at me, I was like what!!!! Saying all kind ugly words. I said you guys make me wait over 20 minute for order and over 20 minute to receive my food and after all that you guys curse at me??! Unbelievable Person in blue shirt finally bring my food, it was very cold! Unbelievable! They forget my order on the corner and finally find it and bring it to me after 40 min!!!! I was so upset and angry after 40 min wait I deserve this cold food! And I pay for it! And I heard all kind of curse words! Very unprofessional, there is lots of people needs work, this two clown needs to be fired! I will never go to Mc Donald’s again, and I will share this experience with everyone and on every platforms. Mc Donald’s! Why you paying this clowns and getting bad...

I am homeless and disabled and my drs want me to get out and walk so I would frequently walk to this store and use the McDonald's app and purchase things to eat while I sat in the restaurant before going back to my motel. Several occasions the cashier was very rude, I didn't get this young lady's name but she had really long blond and brown braids. I came in and stayed back away from the counter to find a coupon to use, she barked at me can I help you. I said yes as soon as I find a coupon to use. Then she ignored me for a lil bit when I stepped up to the counter and was packing to go orders. She took my order I handed her the money and she placed my change on the counter I found that very offensive and rude. She then went back to packing orders. My order was placed on the counter next to her and I didn't know it until the packer noticed I was still sitting there on my rolater. She said to the lady why didn't you give her her food, and then gave me my bag. She didn't even apologize for the delay. I wrote a comment on the back of my receipt and handed it to another employee but he said he was a family member to the person so I asked for the note back and he said no I will turn it in. Another time 4 teens came in and sat across from me and the language was horrible. I had to keep reminding them that they were sitting in front of someone old enough to be their parent. And even though I do love his spirit but the flamboyant manager is just extremely too loud the way he speaks to the people he supervises is a little degrading. The whole store should not be able to hear you correcting or instructing them. But I did love how they came together for the mgr anniversary....

The service is not so great and I always have problems with my order. Example: I ordered a fish fillet meal and when I got home I discovered that the fish was Rubber and their tartar sauce was Tangy... Because it was so late I waited until the next day to take it back with the receipt and instead of the manager refunding me the entire meal she only gave me back the cost of the sandwich and I feel that she should have given me the entire meal back because I was inconvenience and I was not able to eat my whole meal that evening... It's always something with them... One time I went through the drive-thru and I saw them hand my bag to the car in front of me the people in front of me rummage through the bag and handed it back saying it was the wrong food the cashier at the window at the back on the ledge and when I pulled up try to hand me that same bag that the person in front of me have rummage through and fingered!!! I then told the person at the window that was not eating that food and I wanted my food made fresh... So I pulled up and parked and went inside really quickly and saw that same drive-through cashier taking my food out of one bag and putting it into a fresh bag as if to try to fake me out and make me think they made me a new sandwich!!!!!! Needless to say I was livid and turned off at the unsanitary practices at this McDonald's... So I think I'm done with them and won't be eating there anymore Garfield East has a better McDonald's with better service in the...
