Stoner's Pizza Joint Edgewater — Restaurant in Edgewater

This was our first experience with Stoners. We decided to try two types of wings, (garlic parmesan and hot buffalo) and a 10” veggie pizza with a tossed thin crust. The pizza would have been great except that it was way over done. The crust was more like a flatbread and the toppings had been over cooked to dryness. The wings were a different story. The buffalo wings were very tasty, hot but not so hot you burned out your taste buds. The garlic parmesan wings were undercooked. The skin was rubbery and very unpleasant; the sauce was maybe put on too soon? We put them under the broiler and they crisped up nicely and the sauce went from bland to very tasty. LOVED THE FOOD , EXCELLENT SERVICE! After coming here several times to pick up orders for customers, I finally decided it was time to come try it for myself. Brought my mom. We both loved the food! The 10" pizza was made fresh, very flavorful and made to perfection. Service was a breath of fresh air. Very friendly bigger guy dark hair with a beard . He was extremely helpful and patient taking our order. Took the time to make sure our order was right a few times before charging us, helped us get the best deal. Gave us drinks right away. He went the extra mile and brought the pizza to us outside once ready because when we left for a moment to look at a house we were interested in. Really above and beyond employee. I'd recommend him for a raise and this business for an excellent lunch spot!...

Absolutely the BEST pizza on the East coast. Stopped in and the service was immediate and ten minutes later I was eating. (Unknowingly)The owner took my order and insured that I received a ice cold Dr. Pepper since they had just restocked the cooler, I can't tell you how many times the opposite happened at other places. My first experience was AMAZING and I am looking forward to visiting again soon with my family. Truly great prices and superb quality of ingredients, The lack of grease is my number one reason I will be back most times you end up with a gross puddle due to low quality cheese and pepperoni but NOT HERE...
