Let me be clear: Ana is the reason I’ll be coming back here.

In a world where customer service feels more and more like a lost art, Ana reminded me what real hospitality looks like. She didn’t just take my order — she made me feel seen. She was kind, fast, and full of positive energy, like she genuinely cared about making my experience a good one.

I came in for a quick bite — a beef empanada and their breakfast burrito (stacked with all the good stuff: jamón, sausage, bacon, veggies, hashbrown… you name it). The food was solid — flavorful, fresh, and filling. But Ana? She made the visit memorable.

You can always find a bakery, but it’s rare to find people like her.

If you’re passing through or live nearby, do yourself a favor: stop in, grab something delicious, and look for Ana. She’s a gem, and you can tell she takes pride in her work.

I know they just opened. I’m trying to be graceful because they are busy. But on a Sunday morning the dining area shouldn’t be so dirty. They need to hire someone to just be in the dining area sanitizing it and making sure it’s tidy for the next customers. The floors were full of food. All of the unused tables were dirty. The garbage/tray area was full of dirty dishes and no one was doing anything about it. I asked someone in the front if they had someone to clean and he responded we do but we’re busy. I pray this is not the start of a sanitary disaster for them because it will always be busy here. I truly want our culture to succeed in their restaurant businesses but please pay attention to detail not just selling your food. They took very long for two orders. The food is pretty good. Not sure why this place has bakery in its name it’s more of a restaurant/deli. Initially I decided to try this place because I thought they sold cakes and donuts. This is my 2nd time visiting this restaurant this week. The coffee tastes so good!!! First visit I had the breakfast burrito (they serve breakfast all day) which was delicious. Second visit I had a turkey club on toasted Cuban bread. The sandwich had enough turkey to make another sandwich. I also ordered a bakery danish it was ok. Next time I’ll try one of the other bakery items. I highly recommend this place. The staff was great very polite.
