7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Edinburg

My recent visit to Seven Brew Coffee left me extremely disappointed. As a coffee enthusiast, I have tried numerous brews from various establishments, but this experience was undoubtedly one of the worst. The taste of the coffee was simply unbearable, leaving a lingering bitterness that was hard to shake off.

To make matters worse, I had specifically ordered a wet cappuccino, expecting a smooth and velvety texture. Instead, what I received was far from what was promised. The drink lacked the desired creamy consistency and fell short of any reasonable expectations. It was a letdown from start to finish.

I understand that taste preferences can vary, but the coffee I had at Seven Brew left a lasting negative impression. The quality of the beans and the preparation seemed subpar, and it is clear that attention to detail was lacking.

On a positive note, the staff at Seven Brew were friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, their service couldn't compensate for the disappointing coffee experience. I genuinely hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the quality and taste of their beverages.

For now, I cannot recommend Seven Brew Coffee to fellow coffee enthusiasts who seek a flavorful and satisfying cup. There are several other coffee shops in the area that offer a consistently better brew, making it difficult to justify returning to Seven Brew for another disappointing...

Consistency is crucial, and 7 Brew truly outshines Starbucks. Not only is their coffee superb, but the staff's cheerful demeanor and the short wait make the experience even more enjoyable. I find it hard to justify spending $8 on coffee elsewhere when 7 Brew consistently delivers such a delightful atmosphere and excellent coffee.

Update: We ordered four coffees with no fill and no ice, but they were filled. When I called to address the issue, Maegan, the Director of Customer Service, questioned if I would still consume them. I expressed my preference to exchange them for correctly prepared ones and provided the location details. However, I realized I was not calling the Edinburg location and found Maegan's attitude to be unlike the positive customer service experiences I've had at other locations. Grateful that those locations didn't exhibit her attitude, or I might not have returned. I hope they don't have her conduct any training because leadership should exhibit what they preach. Literally had asked the lady who took my order to make sure to put soft top light chocolate drizzle on top of the soft top and I get to the window where I pay and this gentleman hands me the coffee literally, the cup is drench with chocolate drizzle all around and I told the gentleman I would like to return it please I had just asked on top of it lightly. He takes it to the back and I see the barista literally transferred to a different cup shake it and put the light drizzle with the soft top. I’m like oh my God it’s the same literally coffee still drench you just mixed it back-and-forth. so I had to return it back, and the gentleman who handed me the coffee, literally threw the cup back at me.
