My recent visit to Seven Brew Coffee left me extremely disappointed. As a coffee enthusiast, I have tried numerous brews from various establishments, but this experience was undoubtedly one of the worst. The taste of the coffee was simply unbearable, leaving a lingering bitterness that was hard to shake off.
To make matters worse, I had specifically ordered a wet cappuccino, expecting a smooth and velvety texture. Instead, what I received was far from what was promised. The drink lacked the desired creamy consistency and fell short of any reasonable expectations. It was a letdown from start to finish.
I understand that taste preferences can vary, but the coffee I had at Seven Brew left a lasting negative impression. The quality of the beans and the preparation seemed subpar, and it is clear that attention to detail was lacking.
On a positive note, the staff at Seven Brew were friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, their service couldn't compensate for the disappointing coffee experience. I genuinely hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the quality and taste of their beverages.

Update: We ordered four coffees with no fill and no ice, but they were filled. When I called to address the issue, Maegan, the Director of Customer Service, questioned if I would still consume them. I expressed my preference to exchange them for correctly prepared ones and provided the location details. However, I realized I was not calling the Edinburg location and found Maegan's attitude to be unlike the positive customer service experiences I've had at other locations.
