Raul the supposed manager is a liar. Placed an online order, picked up at drive through and my order was wrong, didn’t even have the correct bread. I came back through the drive through window requesting a refund and handed back the food. The girl came back telling I’d get my refund but didn’t hand me no copy or confirmation of a refund so I asked for one. She goes back to the supposed manager Raul & minutes later she comes back with printed pages of a declined order I placed minutes earlier with the wrong card and a pathetic cookie. Order # on the pages printed by Raul did not even have the correct order # matching my confirmation email. Raul highlighted ‘declined’ trying to pass it as a refund. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I come back & this time I go inside. He hands me now a blank receipt, which no where says refund AGAIN! Luckily I recorded the interaction to file a chargeback with my bank. & Raul says he was going to tell me but I ‘drove off’ (I saw him walk to the back, never did he come talk to me) that he was going to tell me he’d give me a credit and wrote my name & # down in a ‘credit book.’ Are y’all really messing up that much, y’all have a credit book? And why a credit when they could have offered to fix it & just remake a simple sandwich correctly right then and there. It’s not rocket science. Raul lied several times & I will be reporting him to higher ups. Hard time believes he’s a manager as unprofessional as he is LYING to customers as if we can’t read what he printed off. Decline does not equal refund & I will most definitely not be using that credit. I was not looking for free food, just a sandwich...

What I absolutely HATE is their order website! It times out SUPER fast, ridiculously fast. It literally timed out after every item I selected AND while I was inputting my credit card number. I know my credit card number, so I wasn't even checking back on the card. A pop-up would ask if I needed more time. Finally after ordering and adding credit info, it said it cancelled my order. My husband was irritated enough to suggest we just go home, but I tried it one more time, ordering like the police were pounding on my door (we were right outside the restaurant), and it went through. Great food, great aggravation. Really need to adjust...
Read moreGood food, great service and great atmosphere. Went there for lunch today and the staff was soooo proactive. From walking up to the cashier, all the way to when we left. They definitely were well staffed in the front of the house and the back of the house and the manager was helping everyone out.
When we got there the cashier was proactive about taking our order. He said he whenever we were ready we could go up to that specific register to order. And was very helpful with our order. When we got our food, the manager and someone else asked if we wanted refills. And when we were leaving someone else asked if we wanted refills as well and took our plates off our table before we even left. Will definitely be back bc the customer...
