I tried to avoid this yet this store has filled me repeatedly even more so recently about possibly a month ago there was a week where I came in with my family to make a purchase when it came to my decision of making a choice I was wearing a suit on white completed just listen I asked the lady who turned out to be the store manager general manager was she would suggest off the menu she looks at me and offers me coffee deeply disturbed by this because I know exactly why she's offering it we all do I ignore her the young man standing next to her understood my question and begins to give me options off the top of his list of likes about a week later I had an interview scheduled at the same location spoke with the same individual this lady around 12:00 p.m. to come in at 2:00 p.m. 2:30 or so I don't recall I know I was about 15 minutes early and I she had me waiting 17 minutes after my schedule interview time I seen her as well sitting around the corner when I entered because the person I made initial contact with went to go inform her of my arrival thereafter took several minutes to walkersville to the back of the store then took longer to ever appear which initiated me to go ask for her and then another manager or so some elderly gentleman dark complexion states that she went to the bank so I waited with the intuition of knowing that this is bulshit I'll wait a little bit longer and she works from out the back sits down and convinces the interview as if she did not just have me waiting extra 20 minutes in an unprofessional manner and purposely avoided me I could not go through the interview I told her it was not going to work and I ended that very disrespectful I'm professional just yesterday I went to buy a meal they got it wrong the young man that assisted me got it correct the manager supervisor lady not the same lady from the real story but another lady tries to throw it off and blame it on the customer me that that's what we ordered no you're good under immense pressure because your layout to your parking lot is senseless their management is disturbing they're young individuals they have employed don't even seem to be motivated or inspired by what's there so to win this McDonald's this is independent franchise whatever locations same owners for the one in Elsa if anybody knows how to get in contact with them I don't have the time frame conform to play undercover Boss for a minute unless you don't care and they're just...
Read moreDrive thru personnel are efficient, fast, and friendly. They even complimented me on my beautiful puppies in the car. The dogs love to wag their tails at the hard workers. Food is always good at McD.
Pro tip: use the McD app and get free stuff and free coupons. And, it let's you order thru the drive thru by giving you a 4 digit code to tell the friendly voice in the box. Then they will automatically have your order cuz they used your info from the app. Genius !! You can even pay with the app. Or you can pay at the window and still use the app. I'm hooked.
My only comment, and the reason for not getting 5 stars, would be the rude drive thru customers who insist on coming off of Monte Cristo and cutting into the drive thru line. The asphalt is clearly painted with appropriate yellow lines, and these rude, rule breakers don't seem to care about parking lot etiquette. May I suggest that this McD install cones or barriers which more aptly impede the would-be law breakers. I have seen it done correctly at McD restaurants in the area. I'm puzzled why you allow this kind of blatant and frustrating line cutting to go on. Those of us following the rules and circling the building and coming around to be in the designated line are just getting pushed further back in time while you are serving customers who apparently have no patience. Yes, I do feel like they got MY Dr. Pepper. Its mine and i want it.

Read moreOrdered through the app at midnight and pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru, waited 4 full minutes and no one came on(I was on a motorcycle so I don't blame them). I decided to pull up to the window to show them the code, they asked if I ordered a frappe and some other food items. So I noticed they got the person's order behind me instead. I said no and told them I ordered through the app and told them my code, they couldn't find an order over the given code for a couple of minutes and after speaking to another employee they finally found the order and the inevitable "pull forward" was told to me in which I kindly understood due to not giving the order through the speaker box. 12 minutes and 5 cars later, they finally give my triple cheese burger and large fries after giving family's their Oswald size orders.
