Every time I stop here they ask you to park and wait. The ONLY Wendyās Iāve ever gone and been asked to parkā¦ever. Today I parked and waited for 10-minutes before I had had enough and tried to go into the side door for a refund. It was locked so I walked to the drive-thru window. The lady started legit trash-talking me about why I wanted a refund. And said āOH MY GODā all dramatically, to which I pointed out thatās exactly how I feel as Iām sitting here where I wouldnāt have placed a drive-thru order if I knew it was a 15-minute wait. She then goes on to explain that they have a bunch of mobile orders ahead of me. I again asked for a refund and she said she couldnāt give me one to my card. It took me saying I wasnāt going to move for her to go get her general manager who was just standing there watching this all unfold. I made the suggestion to the GM, who looked like a deer in headlights, that if everyone gets the mobile order wait then donāt take drive thru orders.
I get it you have a demanding job, but when someone goes through the drive-thru there is a customary expectation that itās not going to be a 15-minute wait. I donāt mind waiting 3-4 minutes for a batch of fries or if I order something special, but tell people at the window. If you are going to drop that 15-20 minute wait time at the drive thru after someone has paid donāt be an idiot when they say you know what I donāt have time for that. Refund my money. I donāt care how you feel about itā¦.just give me...

She asked for my name to call out the order when ready. Turns out, she wrote a completely wrong name. When order was ready, the name was called, and I didnāt know it was my order. After seeing we were the only ones left without our food, I went to ask. Irma, the manager, looked up my name and didnāt see it. The attendant passed by and said with a smirk, āthe order is probably his since everyone else has their food.ā The manager told me to take it as it was probably mine. I check the food and the food seemed cold. After replacing only the fries, Irma went to our table and tossed the food where we were sitting. I think even just an āIām sorry we got wrongā from anyone would have made everything a little better. But instead, we get bad service and a smirk. To top it off, there was no ice for the drinks....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would give them zero stars if I could. I used the drive through to pick up dinner for my family. They parked is as they usually do. Seems they park 3 out of 5 cars. When they finally brought my order out it took two of them. One person carrying my food and the other carrying the drinks with NO DRINK HOLDER. I asked for one but was told they were out. So I had to drive home holding drinks in my hand. ā¹ Got home to find that our 10 piece nuggets were actually an 8 piece and the chicken patty on my spicey chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours. I have been going to this Wendy's for over a year and have noticed the service and quality just get worse every time. We don't go inside anymore because the tables are always sticky and ketchup stuck to the walls. Now I willi be marking this Wendy's off our list completely. It is a real shame. I used to love the food at Wendy's. But it just isn't worth the stress...
