Dunkin' — Restaurant in Edison

This place is very slow not nice always talking in another language so no one knows what they are saying which if you know English speak it at work not being rude and playing real unimportant music loud and giving family members free coffee and donuts also food Management doesn't say anything which this place is trying to open another in Piscataway so look out all the workers don't know what they are doing and don't help each other to get it right i had to clean my own table time to time they don't clean the bathrooms at all only what I seen is when a Boss comes popping in then they jump and I find that not nice and races when all I hear them yell at a Spanish worker and not the same race of their own meaning the manger is speaking all this while in thier tong not English and see the same race coming getting their working stuff after I seen other people in different races they are promising they will hand it in but because the other ones are related and the person that just came in for their work stuff doesn't even speak English gd and they are still talking while customers are standing at the front for their orders you also have a manager not wearing the stuff around his outside clothing when touching food and the women don't wear hairnets with all that long hair the health department should do an unexpected visit and watch this place and see what goes on because when they hear cleaning they start to laugh so remember there's a Wawa down the street and other Dunkin Donuts a bit down as well the nice one is in Piscataway right across the McDonald's but this one is trying to open one in Piscataway as well so you see a new one walk to the other one by McDonald's it's across the street from it and one last thing there is one thing they don't do which they are suppose to be don't can't say but they will walk right into trouble very soon even that one that talks a lot that should of been...

the manager or what i believe to be the manager was so condescending. i literally placed an order at this dunkin because its close to my campus and i should’ve read the reviews because they’re terrible and it adds up because this dunkin is terrible. i ordered the new maple breakfast sandwich and i was given small burnt pieces of bacon to which i kindly asked to have it fixed. the manager told me “that’s the standard i added more for this one time but that’s the standard” i get it ok ive worked in food service but i also don’t give people bs and expect them not to approach me about it. i also strongly believe it wasn’t prepared correctly but whatever that’s ok. my drink was another thing i asked for light ice and you could argue i got extra ice. i would be drinking it got a while that’s why i get light ice so it doesn’t water down but they don’t care either… don’t come to this dunkin. they’re mean and can’t understand anything. i came here for my first time because its close to my campus and i will never return. like i said i get it i have worked food service i have handle rushes i promise i understand it all but i know that ive always prepared every drink the way the customer wanted and prepared their food the way they wanted because at the end of the day we’re all the same and some of us have jobs to which it is to serve people food and/or drinks. i understand how stressful it gets because i’ve done it but it’s no denying this dunkin just doesn’t know how to do anything and majority rules that to...

I’ve went to this Dunkin multiple times and only once they have made my drink correct. I go to the college right next door so a friend and I decided to go there to study and have coffee. Soon as we walked in the first thing we noticed was how disgusting the inside was, tables weren’t wiped down I even witnessed a customer wiping a table down for himself. It was not busy at all but the three workers were too busy on their phones to clean up the front a little. We sat down to study and all of sudden they started blasting inappropriate music, there was no music playing when we first got there, it honestly felt like they were trying to get us to leave.The service was TERRIBLE they were incredibly rude. Dunkin’ Donuts is my favorite coffee and I was so excited when they first opened but now I’m officially done and will never go there ever again.
