Dunkin' — Restaurant in Edison

Went there today because it was not kosher but this has been by far the worse experience at any dunkin..I am such a dunkin lover but this place is by far the most nastiest place..My daughter and i ordered our food thru the app at 9:24am and it was not ready and they told me park and they will bring me the food out so we waited patiently then the manager comes and hands me my daughters order but never brings my order i then decided to get out the car and he told me not to get out to stay and i got out and went inside.As the manager is making my sandwiches he drops a few egg patties on the floor and never changed his gloves and kept making my sandwiches.I asked the lady named sheyla to please refund me because that was so nasty and sheyla was trying to compensate me by giving me a free donut and i told her no thanks.Sheyla then said she was so sorry if i wanted she can make my food herself and i was ok with that she made my order by herself.Honestly Sheyla should be the manager she has by far the greatest customer service and tried whatever she could to keep a customer.Although i will never be going to that location ever again!!!I see all the bad reviews from this dunkin but yet nothing has been done and its been the same issues so clearly when they say things will get addressed they really aren’t.Me as a customer will never trust coming here ever because we do not know what is being done with the food that we pay!!!! At this point this place should be closed down until it gets better!!!!I wonder what will Osha and the health department will say and do in this matter especially when they look at the video..I ordered at 9:24 and didnt get my food until 9:42..I called corporate and didnt even get no compensation for this trouble again i will go to the one on Raritan ave where the employees are so pleasant and not rude or nasty!!!!!Sheyla you should work at the Raritan ave location because you would blend in perfect with the nice and wonderful...

BUYER BEWARE at the DRIVE THRU!!!! As you can see on the RECEIPT I bought a large coffee and food and within seconds my hand was BURNED and truck was filled with coffee that SPILLED because the INCOMPETENT attendant DIDNT SEAL the coffee cap on the cup correctly.My console was COMPLETELY DRENCHED with coffee and they DIDNT even offer towels to clean it. I had to ask. They gave me a cup of ice for my hand. It was fine. Nothing major. What was INSULTING is the fact that they wouldn't even COMP me for my troubles. As you see on the receipt I was given a CHOICE. Refund or be on my way. I asked for compensation for my troubles and they couldn't EVEN ACCOMMODATE the situation. When I asked for compensation just for the order another lady came and the guy (who was probably the manager) WITH A BAD SALT AND PEPPER CURLY HAIRCUT FROM THE EIGHTIES decided to get involved all of a sudden. I wasn't asking for much but if I could give NEGATIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. BAD EXPERIENCE and WILL NOT be going back there and I suggest future customers make sure your coffee cups are...

I live down the street and sometimes do through the drivethrough for lunch for my roommate and I. It often seems like the people taking orders at the speaker don't really listen to what I'm saying, I ask for whipped cream on my iced latte and half the time it's handed to me without any, so I have to be "that person" and ask for it again at the window. today I ordered the 2 BEC deal, my coffee, and hash browns for my roommate. After every item the person taking my order said "anything else?", and I didn't feel she was actually listening. That was proven correct, because I was not given my hashbrowns. I went inside to get them and was told I wasn't actually charged for them, she offered to ring me up for them again. I ended up just not getting them because I was in a hurry. Just seems a bit silly, and I wasn't even apologized to... I work in retail and have worked in a coffee shop and a fast food place before so i know how it is, but it just felt rude. It's not like it was busy either, there was one car behind me at the window and no one inside the shop...
