Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Edison

I just moved around this area and this is the only popeyes which is less than 10mins away from my house i go too … i came here 3 times i ordered online went in to pick up the first time the manager wasn’t in there it was some indian guys and they were helpful and nice 😊 they gave me some cajun sparkle which i absolutely love ! the 2nd visit which was about 3 days after the first i did the same thing place my order online go in and pick up but this particular time when i asked for cajun sparkle side the manager pictured gave me a hard time she said that she has never order cajun sparkle this is her store she knows what’s in here and what’s not and there is no cajun sparkle there has never been no cajun sparkle at this store lol i explained to her i came here and got a couple days ago she was like no she never ordered it before she doesn’t go check or anything for me she asks a drive thru employee and she comes and says no we don’t have any cajun sparkle here the manager says maybe i went to a different popeyes location… no i know where i went … OK next day i come to place my order and the manager isn’t there it’s the people i seen before and i ask them for cajun sparkle and i received it … i even went as far to ask them if they ran out and he was like no they didn’t … this manager was giving me a hard time lol just because she obviously didn’t want to do her job she got someone else to consign for her to say it wasn’t there ALLLLLL for what …. i mean she said she placed the orders for inventory obviously she could not of because how could you not know you ordered this ???? to go above and beyond and brush me off and not to check it seems like she was treating me the way she treated me because the color of my skin … the night staff employees did not give me a hard time what so ever as much as this lady did she didn’t want to...

I just want it to be known that I love Popeyes’s. I stopped going to KFC where you have to ask for it crispy. At Popeye’s, having them crispy is guaranteed. GUARANTEED. KFC is kinda terrible, in my opinion.

With that being said, this particular location have the absolutely worst delivery service. I work at Amazon which is only 5-10 minutes away. I ordered delivery 20 minutes before my break and it was expected to arrive 14 minutes into my break, at 8:14. Now, on the app, there was a text box for me to leave notes for the driver. Now, I left a note saying the address is at Amazon. This happened twice so far. The driver should know the area. And did they ever read the damn notes I left on the app? Come on🙄 anyway they apparently got the different address. That was the same excuse both drivers had used. I had extended my break by 10 extra minutes. They got there at 8:40.

I am never ordering delivery from here ever again. I should have left a smallest tip.

I wish I could give 0 stars… I was not given a receipt, so I have no way to receive a refund except for contacting my bank and disputing the charge. I ordered a SPICY sandwich and was given regular, which you can clearly see in the photos I attached. I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy and was given rice with gravy. No receipt and the employee was very rude. I ordered at around 1:50 am today. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich with biscuit and mashed potatoes with gravy, the only correct part of the order was the biscuit. Honestly so disgusted… and if you have an issue with your order, there is no phone representative you can speak to. I tried to complain through the app, but they require a receipt, which was not provided to me. I can’t just go back to the store after 2:15 AM when I am now home… never order from here they will always mess up your order and are almost never polite. I tried calling the store for 10 minutes straight and the phone rang but no one picked up. No concern for their...
