Edit: I changed my review to a 1 star for two reasons, lately the quantity of bubbles has been very inconsistent, not sure why there isn't a measure they can use. Second, two times in a row they forgot to add the passion fruit flavor in my passion fruit tea, this was two days in a row... unbelievable. This place is getting busy and the attention to the customer orders is going down the tube. I complained to them the first time it happened and all they said was you should have brought the drink back.... seriously...drive back 10 miles to get my tea fixed...nah. Then it happened again, I am just lost for words.... Super disappointed. I am a three times a week customer, but no more. This is one of the friendliest GongCha's I have been too and off course the quality is what you expect from Gong Cha. The lines can get a little long on the weekends, but they move fast, so don't let that intimidate you. There are enough parking spots in front of the shop or in the KamMan store. The is a restroom on premises. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick...

This is a plus because I am very particular with my drinks. Always re-invent my drinks for a fresh taste. The lemon ai-yu is refreshing when i want something light and citrus. On a hot summer day, to quinch my thirst, I will go for a mango green tea with aloe. If i want something more traditional, the regular pearl milk tea never fails. All the teas are freshly brewed and the aroma of the tea leaves is very pleasing. The strong tea flavor and their chewy bubbles are what seems to drive many boba lovers like myself back here. Recently added egg waffles are to die for because it reminded me of my childhood years but better. The aroma of the egg waffles bring drools to my mouth. A delightful snack to go hand in hand with my bubble tea....

Either a Milk foam dirty brown sugar milk tea or the non tea version. Both are same priced. Yet today i was charged extra $1 for whole milk put in....Like what...And I stopped getting bubbles once they started charging for it. Before that happened though, I asked for no bubbles once, and guess what. They charged me an extra $1 to not put the bubbles in. Each time I asked why this charge makes sense the worker just looked at me and said that's just the way it is. I would say stuff like this happened a total of 4-5 times over the last year. Just the little details bother me the most. First time I had to write a review. Service wasn't "bad". Just doesn't seem to know or care to give an accurate answer or explanation for a price...
