The Chairman's Grill & The Lounge — Restaurant in Edison

I ordered the fruit bowl for $10 which ended up being a little over $13 with tax. It was all melon and most of it was cut too close to the rind or had the rind on it. So instead of soft melon it was harder than trying to bite into an apple. There were maybe seven blueberries and four or five small pieces of pineapple with some brown spots on it. I would definitely never order this again and I don't know how the rest of the food quality would be.

The person who delivered it to me was very nice, food quality just seems very bad...

For a hotel, it certainly was refreshing. Traveling a lot you don't always get the best food selection.

With that said, the crispy Brussels sprouts, OH-EM-GEE. Hear me out. They were the best thing I think I've eaten...in well, ever. It wasn't just the whole Brussels sprout itself, it was mostly the outer skins that was coated in seasonings, oil, and crispy. They were SO GOOD!
