Based on word of mouth, I've decided to visit (undercover of course... ;p). Since I'm not a dish expert, I've brought one with me Even for my unrefined palate, food tasted great - we have ordered steamed halibut and northern snakehrad fish soup. Soup sourness and spiciness level can be adjusted - 3 is maximum, we chose 2 and it was perfect. Both spiciness and sourness were well balanced in fish broth. Halibut consisted of 2 steaks, one might say on the smaller side, but in addition to the soup it filled us both. The steaks were flaky and tasty. Since you can't judge flavors by the pictures, only presentation ( see attached), you can take my word for it - you will enjoy it. Jasmine green tea is also delicious. Since it is my first visit, based on the rating of my expert, I'm giving Wu's Fish House coveted 5 stars. We will return and try other dishes (plenty of fish available) and will adjust as necessary. Staff is attentive but not intrusive. If you are looking for a good fish...
Read moreOrdered the Lates Calcarifer fish in spicy sour soup and def one of the best spicy sour fish soup I've had. The fish was super fresh and tender, vegetables nicely cut with a good crunch, and the soup was really good- I got it without any spice to better taste the orginal flavor and it was really good- drank almost the whole thing (we were really full). The dish comes with 2 rice and it's perfect for 2 people. We also got the fried golden buns which when we packed to go, the waitress brought extra sauce so we could bring it home. Overall, great food and great service. Super fresh and authentic. Would love to come back again
Disclaimer: we were offered a drink to post a review. However, I wouldn't have accepted it if I didn't think the food was really good and worth 5 stars. The plum drink we got was also really good- original flavor and not overly sweet or...
Read moreWent for a group lunch with some friends. Though we missed to make reservation, we got a table for 12 with only 15 minutes wait time. Pretty clean modern restaurant with unique style menu. They have several fishes in the menu, you pick one and they cook and serve it in a giant dish. There’s also bunch of appetizers, ramen, noodle soups and desserts.
I love all the dishes they made. The branzino sour fish soup was so magnificent. The bowl has citrusy flavor soup with red chili, peppers pops, noodles, seafood, vegetables. All of them mixed create an amazing flavor. I also liked the beef shank, crispy chicken, scallion oil noodles from the appetizer menu. My friends liked their passion fruit soda drink as well
They have a friendly service. Food comes out fast. Really glad to have found this hidden gem. Will visit it again if we are...
