Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Edmond

Wasn’t going to say anything but I’ve had enough. Idk if this city has never seen an Asian person before but they sure act like they haven’t. Last time we dined in, I stood there to wait for a refill. Was helped by no one although they walked past me multiple times and two of them (one being the manager I’m pretty sure) even started a conversation w each other. A nice gentleman finally saw that I’d been waiting so he came to help. It was upsetting but whatever I brushed it off. But then today when came in to pick up my order, there were 4 people waiting to be helped including myself. The same lady that ignored me last time (manager w red/orange hair) came to ask everyone what they needed help with except for me. Skipped right past me. I thought she was going to circle back to me but nope. So I stood there awkwardly again for a few minutes until one of them came up to ask what I needed help with. I gave 2 stars only because there are a few select employees here that are nice and never made me feel out of place otherwise it’d be a 1 star. Food is decent for the most part but we’ve gotten soggy fries many times which can be a bummer. But my review is mainly about the service. Do better stop being so open about being...

Let me start out by saying, while I enjoy Chic-fil-A, I'm not a regular vistor. I've never had an unpleasant experience at any location until this one. I went through the drive thru, and as usual the line was long. No problem as they have stream lined the ordering process. An employee approached my car and when I asked if she had a menu I could look at I was rudely told no. So I had no idea what to order and when I tried to ask questions I received rude answers. As cars started moving the lady taking my order started to walk away from my window even though I was unable to move forward because the car in front of me hadn't moved yet. This happened twice more, and the worker became frustrated with me as I'm yelling out my window to her as she's moved ahead to the next car and I still haven't moved. Rarely do I stop to dine inside Chick-fil-A, but I'm sure glad I did. After ordering, my friend and I sat down to wait for our name to be called to go get our meals. The young man who took our ordered delivered it to our table without us having to get up, which was really nice. The sandwiches and waffle fries were fresh and hot! As we sat there and ate we had another young lady who worked there come to check on us to see if we needed anything else. We didn't, to which she replied "my pleasure." I don't care how often they say that, I love to hear it. As we were leaving we stopped to fill up our lemonade (which is the very best). Another thing I loved was the temperature of the restaurant.
