I LOVE this hobby lobby location! This store literally has ANYTHING and EVERYTHING one could ever want or need to complete an art project. It's almost like a mix between a Michael's and a Bed Bath and Beyond, all mixed up in one HUGE store. I could spend hours in this store. The employees are very nice and will help you if you ask. They do seem to be understaffed though. They always only have 1 person ringing up customers so there can be a bit of a line to check out at times. And if you need help you will have to go look around the store and find an employee to ask bc it is a rare occasion to have an employee ask you if your finding everything or need any help. The store always seems to have a good sale going on which is nice because the store can be a bit on the pricey side. Non the less, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is artistic or creative or has a desire to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis one star is for the fabric department. There were two older ladies running the cutting station and they refused to acknowledge me for a good 3 minutes and I just stood there with my bolt, waiting to be asked if they could help. Finally one came to help and I asked if she could measure how much there was in this bolt and she looked at me like I killed her family. When she got it laid out and told me how much, I had to step aside for a second to answer a phone call and told her she could help the next person in line. When I was done and told her how much I would need of the fabric, she cut it and didnāt say anything when she gave it to me, and the other lady was rude to another customer. Customer service is very important in any business, but especially something particular like fabric. I wonāt be coming back to...

Although not a huge deal, the restroom was literally hot (no air flow at all).
HL used to be a place where you felt valued and the prices were very reasonable. Now you notice employees loitering around staring blankly down the aisle doing nothing and experiencing smart alec comments and expressions when theyāre faced with a question and/or concern. And so what if you get 40% off when the prices have been jacked up-whereās the value in that?
No, I can just as easily shop Amazon and not have to deal with any...
