I give this gaming store a 1 star because the service sucks, I brought a playstation 3 in with some games and some cards too trade in. This system has nothing wrong with it. They said they couldnt tske it because the disc wouldnt eject as quick as it should. When I had the system at home plugged in everything worked great. The sales associate here had an additude with me. Saying well you shouldnt have bought the game console. You dont say that too your own place you work at because a buddy of mine bought this console not even a week ago. The service in general is very poor you ask them you want yo know a price of something in the case they have they look at you like you are stupid and cant read the tags that are covered up. And they take forever on getting a buy for you. This store on 33rd street in Edmond was the worst expereance I've had in a game store my buisness is going back too gamestop. Major adjustments is highly recommended...

Read moreThis store was fine until today’s experience. We tried to trade in a whole stack of movies (some of which were new) just to get $3.40 back for the whole stack. We were thinking the lady meant $34 (which is what we should’ve gotten), but we got $3.40! We decided to look around still and we saw a used version of one of the exact same movies we were trying to trade in. The problem was that THEY were giving it away for $10! Which is ridiculous because that’s more money for one movie then a whole stack we were trying to give away. Which leads me to my next point. The prices for movies and etc are too high, even if it’s a used copy. My advice is to stop being a greedy store. I hope you look into this because this...
