Wanted to take the family out for a nice Sunday afternoon brunch. My gf wanted to go there specifically to get a bacon Bloody Mary. Can’t sit at the bar because we took her 11 year old daughter with us. So we sit down, pop the yellow number in the holder and wait.. approximately 5 minutes later our food arrived... approximately 15 minutes later our food was done and my head was spinning because I had a gf who came for a specific craving and was completely ignored. So after getting up to go to the bar I was met half way by a friendly female staff member. We told her what we wanted but no bacon vodka. No problem just do regular. Approximately 6 minutes later we had our drinks.. problem was... the Bloody Mary had no bacon, was filled with limes, no olives and tasted like lime tomato water. The waitress left us there for another 8-10 minutes and I ended up having to just give her the mule I ordered while I sat there waiting to order again. When she came back I explained the issue and requested another bacon Bloody Mary. The kicker is she offered to put olive juice in the drink along with olives because that’s how her best friend likes them. So we wait.. the drink comes and no olives... okay. I get the waitress, tell her I need a deal of olives and not only does she apologize for not providing the olives but she admitted to not even adding the olive juice.. By then it was pretty clear we were not having the afternoon we were going for so we had to leave. Afterwards we contacted management and gave email and phone number but nothing in response. I’ve seen a few complaints regarding similar issues. It’s a shame we have to have an experience like that in order to rule this location out the next time we are trying to decide where we want to...

This is another restaurant where you order at the counter so that wait staff is not required, yet before you get your food, you are asked to give a tip. It's offensive that we are asked (expected?) to tip after I have stood in line to order.
Then we purchased a mixed drink. The menu said $7.99. The bill was $9.25 (due mainly to the Oklahoma 13.5% liquor tax). Here is the offense: the drink came in an 8 oz. cup. It was half full of ice, and it had half of a lemon taking up space, too. So we effectively paid $9.25 for about 4 or 5 oz. of drink.
Restaurants often like to split out the cost of the Oklahoma tax on alcohol as if to let you know who you can blame for the high cost of your drink. They should still consider that they have control over the base cost of the drink AND how much drink they give you for your money.
Between their insistence that the cashiers behind the cash register are owed a tip and the paltry size of their fare, we will not likely be coming back.
But those burgers...
