I’m a lover of Dank’s right next door. They know how to treat their customers. We decided to go on over to Flower + Weed, the other day and the experience wasn’t pleasant. I feel like that shop is sneaky, and just care about how much they sell vs making their customers happy. They seem to always refer you to their higher price items. Example, the patches at your shop are way more expensive than at Danks. When I went in, I was comparing prices and I was shocked by how much your mark up was. I didn’t feel comfortable in there, and I honestly felt as if you were judging me. I’m taking my business to more honest and caring shops. I now see what other people have meant now, being in your store. I only saw one other person in your shop, while at danks there’s always a line starting at the ATM. Maybe focus more on customer service, than the big profit. Let’s just say I don’t write a lot reviews but this one...
Read moreThis is the second time in a row I've completed an order online at one price, then went to the store, where they've charged me more than it said online. The budtenders just say, "well, that's what it rang up at. The website must be wrong. Nothing I can do".
I don't know if it's intentional or not, but it sure seems like a classic "bait and switch" of purchasing online for a good deal, then getting there to find out it isn't, and items ring up for 10-15% more than it lists on their menu. Again, twice in a row. If it's in error, they should offer to sell it at the price I BOUGHT it. I'll no longer be shopping at Cannazone, as they don't appear to me to be honest to me. Read moreThis is hard because I love this place. The staff is amazing. The vibe is great. The in store selection is abundant. Unfortunately, the website has went downhill. It's not up-to-date!! It doesn't have most of the product, so if you're in a hurry midweek, or I don't want to stand in line on 50% Friday. Sorry not gonna happen the website sucks. Unfortunately, it's not worth trying to make an order anyways because they don't have a line to pick up your order. You still have to stand in line with everybody else waiting who didn't make an order. Please fix this. Due to this situation, some of the sales are going next door because they do update their website. Its sad when you can't make an order on a busy day or when you're in a hurry. Please please fixes...
