I am extremely hurt and frustrated by my recent experience. I have been going to seaweed for about 8 months or so now and Iâve never had any issues of any sort until today. I went in at around 8pm to get a few things when the cashier rang me up he verbally told me my total was $25, in which I gave him $40 in cash without question and then he gave me $15 back in change. I realized that something wasnât adding up-especially since the items I bought didnât add up to 25. When I asked about my change and how things didnât add up the cashier just chuckled and seemed nervous-he was keeping my receipt in his hand off to the side and I already had my items in hand. He said âoh I just entered the total in wrong but your change was $15 because you gave me $25â. Which is not true I gave him $40. The whole time he spoke he seemed super nervous and was keeping the receipt in his hand away from me which only made me feel like something was off even more. I asked for the receipt and walked out. Outside in my car I looked at my receipt again and he was straight up lying to me and trying to steal money from me! He NEVER entered the number in wrong the total was $20 and then it clearly says on the receipt I gave him $40 in cash which means I get $20 back in change. He knew all this because he had to type it all into the register in order for it to print out on the receipt! I went back in and saw him standing at the tip jar with my missing $5 bill sitting on the counter. I showed him the receipt he had nothing really to say, he was very very nervous and I went through the entire receipt with him and all he could say was âoh okay yeah..â I pointed to the $5 bill and so thatâs mine? And all he could say was âyeah..â I grabbed it and walked out. I am disgusted that this employee had the audacity to try and steal money from me assuming I canât do simple math. It makes me sickened to think of all the other people whoâve been taken advantage of like this, including me! He was on the shorter side, white, shortish buzzed hair with a hat on and a little on the heavier side-he was working by with a tall, white man with long hair. If you do go to seaweed and are helped by this man take your money and run! I will never be back again. I only went because of the location but after this I think Iâll stick to dockside and flower+weed just down the road. If the manager sees and wants to check the security cameras I was the girl in the pink jacket, my receipt is time stamped at 8:06 on June 8th. Their doorman/Security, recently denied me entrance because he felt my ID's weren't above board so he made me remove my head gear, scrutinized my appearance and compared my ID with my appearance several times even stooping low to get another angle view of me making me like I was a robber or thief or less than that. He withheld my ID until I became angry and demanded my ID back. I was asked to leave. Management seems to be ok with the way this gentleman treated me. By the way, it was the dominating tone of voice and his mannerisms that set me back from him. Green Collar needs to educate these security people or demand thier hired security companies send their employees to a few Customer Care and Customer Service seminars to learn how to interact with the public after all they do represent the brand be they employed by the brand or not.

So I unknowingly posted the review to that company which is in the same parking lot and I have since then edited the locations of both the shops to match the map markers where they should be. Here is my review of my amazing experience!! I had an amazing first time experience stopping by here late at night getting off work around 930pm google maps showed that this was the closest store still open to my location and Im glad I stopped by because the flower i got was amazing! And the cherry on top was the extremely helpful and very nice employee behind the counter. He had extraordinary customer service we talked for about 5 minutes after my purchase and felt like we Could have just kept chatting it up but a customer came in and I didn't wanna hold him up so I left on that high note.
