I have never had an issue bringing my own cup to a coffee stand before.
To the girl with red hair: I suggest being nice, or finding a different job where you dont have to interact with people. You are hurting your coworkers and customers with your bad attitude. There's a million coffee stands; I'll go to the ones where I feel welcome. Thanks.
Edit: Extremely frustrating experience. After they tried to start an argument over the price of the hot water filling my americano, I have simply been asking for a 12oz americano (I used to ask for room and some ice because my ~16oz cup stays hot, but seeing as that request wrought a confusion over the remaining space in my cup, I have since "simplified" my order).
But then today that same barista FILLED my cup nearly overful to the point that my lid barely closed.
Hello, choose ONE option please: do you want me to pay for the 2-4oz of hot water that I didn't want in the first place, or do you want me to receive the things that I actually ordered?

The white chocolate mocha(pictured here) taste similar to SB, but is so much better!! So smooth & has a rich flavor to it.
