While this visit went astonishing well I mean all I did was order two sodas how could they mess that up. (I have given them two stars only because today's visit went astonishingly well... I mean I literally almost fell over in disbelief... but yes only two stars because it's not like my order was difficult) Quite literally on every other visit that I've ever made to this McDonald's and my family frequents this McDonald's because it's the closest fast food to our home and I'm sorry but this girl is tired after work and just doesn't feel like making dinner every night and we have little in the way of options... I am not being facetious or defaming in any way when I say literally on every single visit we have ever made to this McDonald's they get at least one part of my order wrong. Every visit! Quite literally. Sometimes it's something small and being a reasonable human being I'm willing to overlook this. But more times than not it's something significant like let's say putting onions on a burger that doesn't come with onions for a person that has repeatedly told you please please please don't put onions on my burger on a whim because I'm allergic to them and I could die! I would literally bet my last dollar on the fact of that hamburger will have onions on it in some shape or another. I promise you it's hard for me to not only talk in absolutes but being unforgiving of a restaurant or any establishment for that matter. When we got to the food receiving window, the gal handed me my son's happy meal drink, then a bag of food, I asked her if everything was inside of the bag as she didn't hand me a happy meal box, thought maybe they were out of boxes (benefit of the doubt) and she said, "Yes. And you guys have to go around that car in front of you because they are waiting for their food." First and foremost, that car is not in the correct parking spot for an order they are waiting on which the company has designated parking for. Me having to go around could have caused an accident if there were other cars passing by in the passing lane. As we are almost home, my older son notices his little brother's happy meal is not in the bag. Drove back, gal on speaker told me to "come to the first window and we'll have happy meal ready." Get to the first window for this irritated gentleman to ask, "Did you give your order to anybody" with his eyebrows up and hands in the air like he was an emoji shrugging his shoulders. I told her it was a mobile order and it's already paid. Her answer was I was wrong so I have to pay. I showed her my mobile order and she still said no. She got the manager and I explained to her that already paid. She said no I did not pay then she said that it didn't go thru. So I said if I look at my bank there shouldn't be a transaction. I open my bank account on my phone showed her the transaction and she said it only charged you 5.51 dollars and said I only bought 2 mcdoubble's and large coke. Then she said I still have to pay again. After I showed her the transition from my bank on my phone. Finally I told her cancel my order and make sure you put my money back on my account.
