Happy Lemon - Mochinut Edmonds — Restaurant in Edmonds

So they're sign outside says Happy Lemon but on the door it says Mochinut + Happy Lemon. Glad to add this to my list of reviews! This is located in a shopping center next to AT&T. There's plenty of parking so that's a plus.

Their box is labeled MOCHINUT - "more than just a donut." Love loved this Mochi-Nut! Interesting shape makes it easier to eat. Circular and scalloped. You can easily tare and share a piece. Tasted so good, soft like a donut but chew a bit like Mochi (not too chewy) though. But it's a must try when you come to Seattle!

They have flavors like Nutella w/almonds, raspberry, Taro, Churro, and fruity pebbles! These flavors might be seasonal, they were the only ones available at the time. I had Taro (Ube) milk tea with boba! Also very good but I felt their boba was a little under cooked. They also have waffles and Rice hotdogs which I did not get to try! So that means I'm coming back.

I recently visited this milk tea shop, and I must say, I had a disappointing experience. My party ordered two boba milk teas and a donut, a relatively straightforward order. However, we were made to wait for 20 minutes, which is unacceptable for a relatively simple order. What made the experience even more frustrating was that 7 groups who had ordered after us got their food before us.

When we asked about the delay, the staff told us that they had lost our order label. It's concerning that they lost our order and didn't take any initiative to inform us about the issue or apologize for the inconvenience, also btw, we were standing in front of them all the time. The lack of communication and poor management were so disappointing during our visit.

I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service and overall efficiency. No customer should have to endure such a...

3 mochi donuts $11 or 12 for $40 I wasn't expecting those prices, yikes! Gave in $11 for 3 yucky flavors that seemed more like 2 day old vs fresh made, unsure if that's the way the dough is suppose to taste but that was step 1 from bad to worse, the frosting had ∅ flavor aside from the 1 pink 1 that tasted like bad cotton candy. I hate leaving bad reviews but I don't want you to waste the drive or your money esp if your a larger fam or looking for your office, I truly believe if they spent more money on the product and less on the beautiful box that the three come in it's possible you get much better mochi! I love the boxes but they're not necessary and I'm sure they are very costly a bag would be just fine then charge 3 for $6 I'm sure with a little taste tweaking can cheaper packaging you'll have a better product and customers that will return.
