I usually love this Dunkin but today the employees where very rude I pulled up to place my order whoever was on the order taking end was very quick when they spoke and seemed bothered and then I get to the window to pay and get my coffee and the girl who gave me my coffee just barked my total at me and took my money and gave me back my change and then just stared at me it was uncomfortable I got no hi how are you today or have a good day or even a your welcome after I said thank you so I said thank you one more time as was VERY rudely told um your welcome idk but to be honest if your going to talk to customers that way and not greet them or anything like that maybe you shouldn't be at the drive through window or in a customer service job to begin with I have no idea what her name was but she seemed miserable and I didnt appreciate the attitude I work in customer service myself and I would never treat a...

i had an absolutely horrific nightmare of an experience at this dunkin location and it appears to both me and my friend that was with me, that this isnt an uncommon issue. the girl who i spoke with, arianna, was so rude and ignorant to me, cursing at me, telling me im broke basically. my money sumply wasnt transferring dur to an internet error. it clearly upset me and i was very frustrated at that point. the manager came out immediately siding with arianna not listening to me. another worker came out and tried correcting us when it didnt concern her. not only was the service cruel, the order was wrong. even on yhe reciept it had it typed out, we ordered a PLAIN BUTTER bagel for my friend with very strong dietary restrictions and it was full of cream cheese pouring. we couldnt even address this because of this awful service and...

If I could give less of a star, I would. I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years and never once had any problem, until today. Just trying to order a simple coffee, the worker not only ignored me, kept talking to her coworkers, but then threatened to “take this outside” and fight me when I asked her if we could keep this conversation between us. I had to end up calling the cops because she was so aggressive and started taking off her coat. The manager never apologized until I went out of my way to speak with her and her only excuse was “people are mean to us all the time”.
