Why one star? Here ya go: FOOD: Typical fast food, pretty good. Unfortunately, the fountain soda (I dispensed the regular type Coca-Cola) had a bad taste! Blah! Usually McDonald's has the greatest tasting fountain soda, so this was disappointing. Clean out those machines or whatever. LOL SERVICE: I used the screen to order my large meal, and pay by credit card. It instructed me to take a table stand, enter its number on the screen, bring it to a table, and wait for the order to be brought to me. It must have been out of paper because it gave me no receipt. After my 15 minutes of waiting at a not-too-busy time, the staff apparently decided that they didn't want to bring the order to the table. They bagged my order to go instead, and called out an order number that I didn't know. Maybe that was on the receipt that never printed. Finally, they call out my table number, which meant that they wanted me to pick up my order at the counter, which I would have happily done 10 minutes earlier had I known they didn't want to bring it to me. But they knew. The table number is in giant digits on a paper they stapled to the take-out bag. As the staff talks about their sordid personal stuff in front of me, I have to remind them to give me my large cup. ATMOSPHERE: A guy with his life packed in bags was lying on the bench and slumped over one of the dining tables, looking passed out. I was relieved to notice that he was breathing. He was there sleeping throughout my visit of over a half-hour. I could hear the staff continue to chatter from behind the counter the whole time...

I have been shopping at this Franchise for approximately 10 years and the food had been excellent the most of the time, even better than at other McDonalds. But they are losing a lot of customers because they have been providing terrible customer service for some time now. Today more than ever since I had a discussion with the store manager (ZONAIDA). I had ordered some Fries, Hamburger, and Oreo Frappe and the Fries and the Hamburger were super cold, I can handle the drink being cold but not the food. They looked like they came from the refrigerator so I went into the store immediately so they could do me the favor of exchanging them for hot ones and the manager DIDN'T want to because supposedly I had ordered 1 hour ago and that's why the Fries were served 1 hour before and they got cold but that is totally lies since I had the bill in hand and I showed it to her and only 5 minutes had passed and 3 of them were arguing with the Manager who was refusing to change them for me although I showed her the bill and it had only been 5 minutes since I placed my order and picked it up. Honestly they need to train the Manager a little better to provide better customer service. I don't like to complain when I buy something and I'm not right, but this has already happened to me several times in this same Restaurant.

The last two times I've visited this McDonalds for take out they have taken my money and given me incomplete food orders. Around 8:45pm on 6/15/17 I called to speak with the store manager about my missing food items and she refused to identify herself over the phone by giving me the excuse that she doesn't give out her name to avoid problems. Never heard such a ludacrist excuse in my life. Perhaps she should know giving her name to customers isn't the problem. The problem is her lack of professionalism and willingness to help a customer. I work in customer service for 25+ years and when I answer the phone I always identify myself. My customers are under stress and hardships and at the end of my conversations they know I care and I will do everything possible to help them. With identifying yourself and stating your name you give the customer the sense of honesty and the willingness to help out. Anyone can answer the phone and say they are the store manager. Since this female employee refused to state her name I don't believe she was honest in telling me she's the store manager.
