Good morning, I went to Starbucks this morning, and I'd like to say, that's not just this Starbucks. It's also the one on winter gardens, and it's also the 1 up by super Walmart and on lake Jennings, I go to all 3 praying that they get my order right. I went to this particular one this morning as for large mocha Frappuccino. 2 added shots and no whipped cream. That's my drink when the lady brought it to the window. A tall colored girl, pretty girl. It hit a whipped cream on it. The kid caught it and he took it back and he I took the whipped cream off it and I appreciate that he caught it when they gave me my drink. He also gave me a second drink and said that they made too much. It gave me the second drink as well. Which is appreciated? It's good customer service. Could I notice on the top? It was covered in Carmel. I didn't order Carmel in the sticker on the sides at Carmel, now because she didn't put the whipped cream. On it, which was clearly on the sticker on the side. I question if I got my 2 shots in there, because obviously she didn't read the sticker on the side, and I hate to sound like I'm being petty, but this is a $10 drink by the time I give them a tip which is always before you get your drink. They're screwing up my drinks. You know, I just wish they would read the label on the cup before they made the drink and when they make the drink, don't feel the blender. Read moreWent here to grab a quick coffee in the afternoon. There were only two cars in front of me, which I didn't think was terrible. I ordered two tall drinks, and the wait for this was atrocious. It took so long to get a drink. When I went up to the window, the people working didn't seem to care. They were talking very relaxed and didn't even apologize for the wait. They made one drink, gave it to me, and then i watched the one employee making the drinks start the second drink while the other employee were just standing there chatting. I was so confused why more people couldn't help make the drinks. I can understand if that was not the other employees' responsibility, but even an acknowledgment on time would have been nice. Supervisor mentioned that they didn't have to provide a restroom because it was exclusively a drive through location. However, you can walk into the Starbucks and place and order. The supervisor elaborated that the reasoning is because you can't consume your food items inside the location. I inquired further wether they actively ask people to leave the location if they want to consume their purchase in the establishment, they have center bar/table; he said they allow people to eat there.
