I called in & inquired about the mix & match $7.99 for 2 medium pizzas , I was connected directly to the dominos pizza establishment not the call center! This was 10/23/2024 at 6:55pm , the guy who answered the line was not aware of the deals I then drove to the establishment and ask for a manager, manager was a lady , I asked her about the mix & match promotion and again my question is not being answered , by a manager! Who ever this lady is , she is caucasian American , she don’t need to manage anyone establishment! She is rude , very short in answers and she ignore me when I asked a question! She told me her cashier is doing a good job and I informed her I never said he wasn’t doing a good job, but he don’t know answers he should ask not tell Customers he don’t know!! That’s not good customer service & customers determine good or bad customer service! No one has on name tags so not sure if her name but she is a manager and she is not customer friendly!!! Tonight horrible customer service. I had to stand inside to make sure my food okay!! My boys wanted pizza I come to dominos and get treated like I was asking to much because I inquired about mix & match!! Just grabbing pizza for my boys and I felt ignored and frowned upon because I asked about mix & match promotion! Later found out manager name is Melissa! Horrible manager!! The man working the cook and making the pizza was very nice answered my question and assured me my pizzas was coming up! Read moreMy family has frequented this particular domino's many times, and within the last year or so, started taking advantage of their carry out specials. I ordered two pizzas online for us and must have "mis-clicked" (ha!) We got home with one of the pizzas missing the meat topping. I wasn't sure if I had made the mistake or the store had, but my family members were slightly disappointed and even though it would have been fine, as a Mom, I just had to call to see if we could fix it. The man in the end of the phone when I called identified himself as Charles, if I'm not mistaken. He was very kind. He did say that I had missed the meat selection when placing our order, but he didn't push that at all or argue or place blame; he told us to come back in and they'd fix it for us. I asked if we should bring the incorrect order and he said no-- just come back by and they'd have it ready in ten minutes. I stayed home with the family while my husband went back out to the store, and he was home very shortly and praising how polite the gentlemen in the store had been about it all. Read moreWe ordered a month ago about 6:15 pm and didn't get our food so I called the local Dominos we ordered from after the app told me that the order was delievered. I was told that deliveries were taking 1.5 - 2 hours so I said thanks and kept waiting. Around 8 pm I called again and was put on hold and hung up on. I called again and there was no pick up. I called again and was told that the food was delivered to another house but our order was being made again and was "already out the door". So I couldn't cancel and kept waiting. Around 9 pm I walked out front to see our order on the door step. There was no call, text or email to let me know and I honestly kept checking all night and didn't really get to watch the game between looking for the food, checking the app/email and calling Dominos. Everything was cold (the stuffed bread was actually hard and cold) so it was not made again but just redelivered after it sat on someones doorstep for a few hours. We understand that mistakes happen but just disapointed as we had friends over too and it was just a disaster. We called the next day asking for a refund but we never got a response back.
