Came In today 2/22/24 with my wife through the drive through and paid over 27 dollars for two combos. I ordered a bacon Swiss combo and a number 6 combo. We always get a number 6, every time is the same order, nobody mentioned to us that the menus had changed and that all the numbers on the menu changed as well changing the burger numbers. As a result we got the wrong burger , I took it back and Manager aida did not want to exchange me the order for the one I wanted. She was really rude and requested I brought back my fries and drink which I had left home because I only wanted the burger to be exchanged. Customer service is so simple, but when you have people working here who don't care it's almost impossible. Never coming here again , you lost a life time customer for a single burger. We weren't asking anything free, just an exchange for what we actually wanted. I also called the store multiple times and they never picked up the phone. I wasn't aware that butter and syrup were a sauce, also didn't know they were optional. Every other time I've had a breakfast platter the butter, and the syrup were automatically put in there. Also only put 1 fork in the bag. Then again what would I need the knife for when they forgot the butter and syrup. Also I'm a smaller older woman, not someone who could or would eat 2 breakfast platters alone. Next time put utensils for each platter and assume that it's for 2 people. The Jack In The Box Corp is not hurting for money and can afford to put in utensils for each platter. Better too many than not enough. Ended up being terrible. Not only was the line super long because of how slow the line was moving, but there was a fuss in the drive thru, where a vehicle wouldn't let me in line, even though I was there before him and people were complaining to the window about it. And the girl manager at the window gave me attitude immediately saying people are complaining about me, but I told her I have a dash cam and it shows the guy in line punching my mirror, but she didn't care and told me I need to go back in line and wait all over again. She believed the people when she didn't even know what happened because she didn't see. I told her that's not happening and to give me the customers food.
