Stay away from this place. Steak House located in El Centro. Freakin clowns didn't know how to cook a rare steak. 1st attempt came out med well. 2nd attempt came out raw and refrigerator cold in center. Manager was very sarcastic about how I should expect it. Worst customer service and most awkward and uncomfortable restaurant experience! My family and I came for a birthday and they didn’t ask anyone what they wanted to drink except two of us and assumed everyone wanted tea instead of asking. The food was cold, the server didn’t check on us once, the server and another employee gave us dirty faces the ENTIRE TIME we were eating. This place is gross!!! The food tastes old and has no flavor whatsoever , it was my first time trying it this weekend , my parents tend to order from this place a lot but after trying it I cant even explain how the food made me feel right after 😷 i get it you guys get busy but be better do you guys not taste your food before handing it out????? My family & I will not be returning, Fortune Garden is way better will have to wait the extra hour or so for my food then come back...
