NEW YORK PIZZA — Restaurant in El Cerrito

i have never been so offended in my life. i go to eat at this establishment and the lady waitress looks at me and says what you want. we got no handouts. then after i sit down and order i go to use the restroom and am startled as the employ es start banging on the door and trying to open it up. now i may not look my finest today(I just got out of the icu with sepsis) and can barely walk and breethe. but does that warrant me this behavior? then when trying to explain my plight and try to get a understanding with staff they then try to say in perfect english i may add, that they don’t understand english. i say boycott this place for there insensitive, questionably illegal, treatment of a sick person. might i add i also have a colostomy bag which due to there invasion of the restroom i unfortanatly spilled on my jeans. so i guess i look pretty crazy right now and ppl probably think that i am. maybe we should remember to never judge a book by its cover and that a lil compassion and communication can be a...

Updated Review: We really want to like and support Papi's Pizza Roma. It's been around since I was a kid. But while things started off great, a number of disappointing experiences has caused us to look elsewhere.

The biggest issues that come up consistently? The pizzas are now always undercooked, and the ingredients are extremely limited. Like if you order mushrooms, you get maybe 1-2 mushrooms, on a large or extra large.

Frustrating.

Original Review: Finding decent pizza in El Cerrito is always a challenge and I feel silly for not trying Pizza Roma sooner, because it's by far the most superior choice in the area.

A typical pizza joint that have a few televisions to give a sports bar environment.

The parking lot used to belong to customers that came for Safeway but now since they moved out. There's plenty of room to park.

Even if the place is full up, you could just eat off of the trunk of your car if you really wanted to. Though you wouldn't be able to order anything alcoholic.

There is a good variety of pizza toppings to choose from which means, it's recommended to order two different styles for a large pizza to enjoy...
