This is a small printing/copy business. The 5 star review is a direct result of the truly excellent service provided by Hannah. We needed a large photo poster and cards for a Memorial service for someone’s celebration of life. Hannah explained everything accurately and precisely so that we knew exactly what we needed to do. She was friendly, helpful and honest. She completed everything in a very timely manner. When we visited the store the prior day, we met with a young man who provided inaccurate information. He told us that we had to send all of the pictures only in a word document, before he could do anything with them. He also acted like it may not be possible to get the job done in time. He acted like he really did not want to be bothered with us. We went home and worked to figure out how to put pictures on a Word document and we emailed them to the store. The next day when we went in to the store we met with Hannah and she clarified everything. I asked if the pictures had to be in a word document and she was surprised and said no, the format we had was fine. I told her what the young man said yesterday and she did not know why he said that. I am very disappointed with the young man, but I am totally impressed...

Unfortunately 1 is the minimum stars I can give them. These people are thieves, who will charge you several hidden fees on top of your printing charges. I went there to print a single page I needed for my DMV appointment, and I was charged around 8$. How you ask? Well, they charged me 2-3$ for the internet I used to access a simple 200kb pdf file. Then they charged me for using their computer and of course the printing charges. They don't tell you that you will be charges for any of this. Not written anywhere in store. Total ripoff. For the amount of money they charge you, you can take a bus/express-pool to the Copy Central on solano, get stuff printed there for cheap with a friendly staff, and...
