I wanna start by clarifying that my issue was a big one and one that most other repair places haven’t been able to resolve, so anyone else’s tech problems will likely be able to be resolved. I brought in my ps5 to have it repaired and they tried everything possible to get it fixed but weren’t able to. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars is due to their dedication and customer service.
