I called the number and a lady with a gentil voice answered. I asked if they had this particular ice cream pre packed, lady said yes, so I started heading out to drive 30 minutes to the location. Minutes later I called again, same lady with perfect English voice answered, i told her I was cutting it close to closing time. Lady said they will still let me in. When we got there, that particular flavor which I drove 30 minutes for was not available in the pre packed fridge, I asked them if they had put it away It took 3 employees to say, “no, but we could pack you one” I asked “ to pre packed price? Which I was buying 2 x $14. One of the employees taking trash out said “yes. So we proceeded to grab the second item while they were packing the second flavor. They charged me fresh packed price.. I said, No, you said you’ll respect the pre packed price. I said, you told me you had it pre packed, then said you’ll pack me one for same price, but now you saying no???? They spoke their native language between them, then grabbed the cellphone to call “the owner” and claimed the owner said “no”. So they continue to charge me the more price. They said they couldn’t honor what they originally said. They rather lose a costumer than honor their word, or maybe they don’t comprehend English that well. Who knows. I drove back home 30 minutes no ice cream. I’m pretty sure who ever answered the phone was at a remote location. Or maybe was the wrong number, who knows. Read moreWent to this location this evening to buy my child an ice cream which is something that we rarely have a chance to do. Sadly the staff completely ignored us, 5 staff members running around completely avoiding any eye contact with customers. They helped 1 customer, that was it, and still, nothing, no “Hi welcome we’ll be right with you” So after 5 minutes of waiting to be acknowledged or helped we left.. This shop has extremely bad customer service, the owner of the business should sneak someone in to experience it firsthand and see for themselves, your staff are going to ruin your business if indeed it is supposed to be customer facing, which was how I always thought Baskin Robins was supposed to be run, a nice place for families to stop for an ice cream, but apparently not at this shop as the only child in the store tonight was completely ignored while staff ran around filling phone orders, maybe? Or were just pretending to look busy? Not sure, it’s a mystery, it was a complete waste of our time and of course super disappointing for my kid. Horrible experience from your pretty girl looking boy. He's standoffish attitude, unwelcome vibe definitely gave me mix signals to react not wanting he's service. It's a Ice-cream place. Shouldn't ppl be happy excited to be sharing 31 flavors. I came to pick up my cake. There's nothing I like about that fella. The other 2 candidates are fine we're reserved. But this pretty looking fella is not someone I would hire. Unwelcoming. I won't be back anymore!
