If I could give ten stars for my experience here, I absolutely would. Thank you to Rajan and Monica for their super-friendly and thoughtful consideration in helping me pack and ship several large items (surfboards, a bicycle, other household goods) to Hawaii. They came up with inventive packing solutions in order for me to save money and patiently waited for me to return twice in order to fill one of my boxes to make it even more cost-efficient. There's definitely a reason why this UPS Store has five stars while others in the area barely average three. The trustworthy service here is reason alone to make this my go-to shipping place and I'll be happy to return to Rajan and Monica in the future. Thank you both for your professional expertise, it was much appreciated in a moving situation that was starting to become overwhelming....

The service here is excellent and I have found my new place to ship items and will use their other services as well. I took very special items to be shipped to Brooklyn NY and they went over all the possible ways with me to get the package there and how they would package the items to protect them in shipping. They were kind and thoughtful and reassuring about making sure the items would be protected against breakage. I highly recommend this business.
