Roliberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in El Mirage

So i was a regular here at this restraunt for years the food was great. Up until one visit of mine while i was eating my plate of food i find a Penny in my food. I literally took the penny out of my mouth. That was the most disgusting thing I have ever found in my food. Like how does a penny get into the food? How careless are the people preping the food to accidentally allow that to accidentally happen. I got lucky I didn't swallow the penny I would of chocked. When I brought it to the owners attention they tried telling me I was lying. How could that have happened? I asked myself the same thing and for them to basically trying to run a scam on them is just ridiculous. So if you decide to eat at rolibertos watch out because you never know what you may find. I wouldn't take a chance eating there ever again because if they are careless enough to allow a penny to get into there food. I can only imagine what else goes on in...

I ordered Uber eats and got a 2 taco chicken combo with a drink. It got here quick, food was warm and tacos still crunchy!! Nice job on delivery guy!!! I did not receive a fork,napkins,or a straw for my drink.. The 2 chicken tacos were ok too much seasoning, the rice was ok not enough Seasoning, but the beans were absolutely awful🤮🤮🤮🤮!!They tasted like poison,something was off and I didn't eat them as you can see from the photo. I am a dog sitter and had to eat nearby and I don't know the area because I live in Mesa anyway this food was not very good especially the beans, poor customer service and lack of knowledge of what to put into a to go order/delivery order. You need utensils,napkins,and a straw for a drink...Anyone working in the food industry should know the basics of BASICS!!! I don't like to talk badly about people or places but I really do feel it is warranted here. I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for an order of carne asada fries with guacamole on the side. When I pulled up to the window, two employees opened my item and looked inside to verify the contents. When the employee opened the drive thru window to collect my money she repeated my order, complete with guacamole on the side. I told her that was correct and I paid. I didn't open the order to verify as they just had checked the contents while within my vision. I knew that it couldn't possibly be wrong as she had just verified herself. Sure enough, when I got home the order was smothered in guacamole which rendered it inedible for me as I am not a fan of guacamole.
