12/26/2021, mind you im a regular customer and every time I've ordered from them something has been wrong with my order yet I never said anything until that day. I ordered two pizzas this particular day, the one they messed up was my daughterd pizza, cheese to be exact. For starters they didn't bother to cut it, then they left off cheese on one side of my pizza, in fact the side that had cheese got stuck to the box. As you would cut, more cheese would come off so it was ruined. I called the store they wanted to replace that same day, but I had no room for 4 boxes of pizza, so I asked for credit and the person on the phone agreed. 12/28/2021, didn't feel like cooling so I called the store asking for my credit. First they acted like they couldn't hear me on the phone, then when I finally spoke to someone she was rude as he'll, which prompted me to get upset and yell..she didn't even wanna listen to what I had to say, she said credit didn't exist, basically I was called a liar. I threatened to call the bbb and corporate she told me if I didn't lower my voice she'd hang up, and to do what I had to do. She really gave 0 care as to what I was saying even me saying I was gonna file a complaint she said she didn't care. I saw we wasn't getting anywhere so I hung up. Read moreSo I ordered here 45 bucks worth including tip. They sent me 10 pc plain wings when I order 10 pc original spicy Buffalo wings . So when I call them to tell them the girl was nice but they would have to do an "even exchange" and it would be an hour and 40 minutes until I received the new wings. How would that be okay or ALLOWED taking back wings that I touched during a pandemic and Covid. I know protocols but really? And if I wanted a refund I would have to repay for what I kept and they would void my original order but they would have to charge me twice. Oh and they would give me credit for wings on my next order too bad I won't be ordering from here ! And to wait 2 hours for my wings when the whole point is pizza and wings. Oh she said she can expedite it withing half hour maybe but they're extremely busy. I called in to change my pick up time, in which the manger, Monica, told me she was not going to honor the coupon, which I found really odd because I’ve purchase with coupons before with no probelm. She was very rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t give me a valid reason as to why she wouldn’t honor my code. And when I told her I’ve used these coupon at her store and other stores before, she told me to go to the other stores and by my pizza there instead. Which makes absolutely no sense. With that kind of manager and customer service, who knows how they’ll make my pizza or if she’ll do something to my order to be spiteful. Especially since she has my information from the online order. Don’t buy from this Domino’s. Go somewhere else that appreciates their customers and provides better...
